I absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious we enjoyed every bite. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
What I also really appreciated was their flexibility. They were kind enough to do a substitution for me, swapping pork for beef in my dish without any hesitation. It made the experience even better.

Ula’Ula was phenomenal! I’m not a mac salad connoisseur by any means, but I’ve eaten at a few Hawaiian-owned restaurants over the years and will say this is by far the best Mac salad I’ve ever had. Basically life changing. It had so much flavor! I loved mac salad before but this is now the standard against which I will measure all future mac salads and unfortunately, I think I will suffer for this. I have seen the light and now I cannot unsee it. Thank you, Ula’Ula for this blessed curse.
Apart from the food, the setting was beautiful, with palm trees and mountain views. We watched rain storm envelope the mountain and slowly drift toward us.
We also ordered coconuts, which were delicious and rounded out what felt to me like a perfectly Hawaiian experience (along with the chickens running around and the cool vehicles parked around the place).
10/10 would recommend, especially after driving the western highway counter clockwise. It really rounded out a perfect day.

Nice local spot near the municipal golf course. It was busy with only one person on the till and one person in the kitchen but we got our food relatively quickly (they give you a buzzer). I was confused as there was only a small menu to the left of the window that was hard to read and not as many options as other images posted here. I’m glad I looked at the menu posted online as it wasn’t on their “menu”, but it seemed to have worked (I like the “mini” options for plate lunches as the full option is way too much food for me!). Got the mini pork loco moco and my husband got the pulled pork sandwich and he said it was the best lunch he had all trip. Local kids jamming on the ukulele too, good vibes. Good spot (hopefully they post their full menu at the food truck soon?).

Made fresh while you wait. The fish nuggets were amazing! A fresh coconut cut open for you to drink and snack on.

The food was really tasty and had a lot of menu options (with pictures which was super helpful!), our favorite dish was the Grilled Cajun Mahi Mahi. The servers were super friendly, the atmosphere is very natural and fresh, with very nice decoration and trees all around.

What a fun find. We stopped here while our granddaughter went ATV riding. We had ice cream treat and French fries. Such a fun and friendly place. It was so good, we went back for lunch after the ATV ride and had chicken with an incredible mac salad. We enjoyed fresh coconut water. Fun stop.

This place is AMAZING!! Auntie Lee is the absolute sweetest most energetic lady ever! She was so sweet to me and my friends, not to mention she makes the best açaí i have ever had. The cafe is super cute with produce from right in their backyard. We tried the local papaya smoothie and açaí bowl. This is by far one of the best places we ate at during our trip.

Delightful & delicious! Got there in time for breakfast and the egg scramble with meats over rice was a FAVE ❤️
Bonus they have a little keiki area for the kids with toys and coloring pages and stuff!

My wife and I ordered our food an hour ago. We didn’t get anything crazy. But we still haven’t been served, while I watch others who ordered later already eating.
Update: food finally arrived, it looks good, but I had to remind them that we needed forks and napkins to eat.

We had the grilled mahi mahi and chicken – both were delicious!
Lovely place with great service.
Just one small suggestion: instead of plain white rice, it would be nice to have flavored or fried rice as an option. That’s just a personal preference, but it would have complemented the dishes even better.
