The sushi menu is a bit more limited compared to larger chains, but the options they do offer are creative and high-quality. Our absolute favorite was the Signature Ukiyoe Roll — super flavorful, beautifully presented, and easily the star of the night. Everything we grabbed from the belt tasted fresh and well-crafted.
A surprise highlight was the udon. The broth was rich and comforting, making it the perfect add-on if you want something warm and hearty with your sushi. 10/10
Service was friendly, plates came out steadily, and the overall vibe makes this a fun spot for a quick bite or casual dinner. Definitely worth trying if you enjoy conveyor belt sushi with a modern twist.
** Do note that since it’s still very new, the restaurant is pretty low volume, meaning you’ll see more empty spots on the conveyor belt than you might expect. Hopefully as more people discover the place, the flow will pick up and the belt will feel fuller.
The food was very good but there was not much on the belt which was a shame but I can understand when the customer volume is low, you don’t want to waste food. We arrived on a Saturday around 5pm and the place was a little more empty than we thought it might be. We only had sushi and appetizers but it was all tasty!
The staff are very friendly and attentive. The overall space is small but that makes the experience a little nicer since it’s easier to be seen and ask for items off the menu.
I think we will be back in the future to see how things progress and I hope they are successful!
The sushi you guys let me tell you. It was so good. I’ve been to a few other revolving sushi bars in the Parma area where the sushi was not necessarily good quality. At this place, they have these little wall pockets where the chefs put plates of sushi in from the kitchen to the revolving sushi belt, and it’s right next to your table. So you get to sit and watch how they freshly make all of your sushi rolls. Like seriously everything was so so so fresh. We were so full and then we saw the Chef preparing some sashimi and we just had to make room. Check out the pictures that we have, the color of the fish is so fresh and the portion of fish to rice was also so impressive. They had a wide variety of specialty rolls that were so yum. We ended up each getting soda and a total of 20 different plates of sushi and our bill was $85 with a 20% tip. Not bad at all. Not to mention they give you a token for every 15 plates of sushi for free and with that token you get to go to this vending machine that gives you some sort of cute toy for free. I got a really cute plush keychain.
We certainly will be back, it’s definitely going to be our go to place moving forward
There was only one poor person running the entire place hosting, seating, and serving.
If you want to pay for frustration and ambient hunger surrounded by “SWEET SHRIMP” signs with no shrimp in sight, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the time and go anywhere else that serves actual sushi and not just the idea of sushi.
Upon my arrival, there were several people in there. There wasn’t too much sushi variety on the belt, but I assume this is mainly because they don’t want to waste food if they’re not a lot of people coming in over a period of time and suggest that you order from the menu instead. Of course I’m going because I like the idea of the revolving sushi. Anyways, I also had the spicy tonkatsu pork ramen it was good, but I’ve had better. I wasn’t expecting top quality.
Overall price the reason why I noted it was $30-$50 because my bill by myself was $62 and all I had was a water, 10 plates and the Ramen bowl. I will say of the 10 plates four of those plates were literally just yogurt drinks because I really wasn’t a lot on the belt that was unique.
I will let this business simmer for a couple months and come back and I will edit this review.
