Amazing fresh fish …
The food is amazing the chef /owner is so talented and kind …
Me and my japanese husband go there often for late night dates… we are never disappointed.
We get cold sake with a salmon skin salad, an omakase sushi plate and a few rolls.. all delicious
The chef is not stingy about his omakase and served us expensive fish like toro and hokkaido scallop .

Highly yey reccomend as a person who works at a sushi restaurant myself .

Walked in on a Tuesday night after a nearby basketball game when I’m on a desperate diet to lower my cholesterol – this restaurant is an absolute hidden gem. Wasn’t expecting 10 pieces of freshly made high quality Nigiri sushi to only cost just over $20…and the chef was quick. (Pic was after I added 2x extra yellowtail) Didn’t charge me for green tea too.
I can see myself coming back to this place probably every week from now on. Truly affordable yet high quality & authentic sushi!!!

This is a great little hole in the wall kinda spot that you love to find when exploring the city. It’s a small location, with three tables inside as well as three outside. The digital screen at your table (inside only) makes it super easy to order whatever you want without the pressure of being asked if you’re ready or need extra time.
The Ugly Albacore Roll is a must try, even though it can get a little messy when you try to pick it up with chopsticks. The Fried Tempura is great for the price as well. The quality of the seafood is great and the prices are fair. This is a quaint spot so don’t expect an amazing atmosphere. The service is always on point though and you get a solid meal. 4.25 Stars for me!

My daughter says this place is run by the best restaurant owner ever. I loved it too (the place and the kind service). Yummy sushi at really good prices. Fast, fresh, and delicious omakase. Fire pit with a nice size screen. What’s not to love? Highly recommended.

I had a great time at this place. The service was so nice, the chef himself greeted and welcomed us making it feel very homey and authentic. The food was great, salmon and eel ones were my favorite – tasted very smooth and rich in flavor.

Tbh felt like I was in Japan Recommend!

Sizable pieces and seemingly fresh but the sushi rice is off. There seems to be an Asian chef there, maybe Japanese, who might be making the rice which seems to lack a rice vinegar taste. The person who’s making the sushi, possibly Mexican, who’s giving large slices of fish isn’t able to wrap the fish around the rice which causes the fish to separate easily from the rice. They should just make two smaller nigiri pieces instead of one large one.

The self ordering table side screen is nice to have. The ambiance has that old hole in the wall feel.

This is the only sushi place where I’ve seen them serve orange as a free palette cleaning dessert!
