Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food chain. I tried to order food around 5-6pm, the usual dinner time. The employees seem so lost in their phones they didn’t seem to notice me standing there for 5 minutes. Once I finally got one of their attention, a young boy claiming he’s the manager and a bigger gentleman tell me I am not able to get any fried products because they didn’t want to drop it fresh for me. I could see the employees picking in the old fried foods and I just wanted fresh mozzarella sticks that weren’t touched by a bare strangers hand. When I asked why I couldn’t get fresh food, the 3 employees that were in sight all hid to the back ignoring me asking to order food. This is just absolutely unacceptable seems like the employees don’t even want to do their jobs. I didn’t even get to try the food but it was probably for the best because judging from the lobby I wouldn’t want to eat anything that comes from that kitchen. Hope this place can get itself together and find people who actually want to work because used to be my favorite Arbys.

Not impressed with my last experience. I have a few complaints. The au ju was watered down or something its a light orange color and minimal taste. They forgot my bronco sauce for my jalapeno bites that i assume was why I had to pull forward and wait 5-10 min for. And they always forget the horsey sauce. Why ask if I want sauce if your not going to put it in the bag. Last but not least they forgot my drink so the cashier had to go back in and another worker brought it out. I probably shouldnt of ate the au ju but it didnt taste really bad, lacked flavor. Im giving a 2 star review because the food was ok but no sauce and the questionable au ju?

Honestly Arby’s is almost always a great experience. The employees here are incredibly kind and will go out of their way to make sure you get fresh food and at a good price. I became a regular here coming for lunch every day. The employees have given me my entire order for free on several occasions. Everyone is always extremely busy inside even when they are slow. Clean, fast, kind and hard working staff. I literally thank them for making me lunch every day they do such a phenomenal job. Was treated like family at the few Arby’s I went to frequently. If my order wasn’t free I was getting double my order for waiting too long, or occasionally they would throw in extra if they made it fresh. On Halloween, Christmas, and a few other times they have literally paid for my lunch or giving it to me for free just for coming every day. And they give me employee and friends and family discount. Seriously the quality standard for fast food. I’ve been treated so well by Arby’s.

Fantastic Arby’s location! Been eating here since 2012 and have always had a great experience whether you are dining in or drive thru. They always have great staff doing both. The food always comes out great. My favorites are the French dip and brisket sandwich

Worst Arby’s I have ever been to. Went there on 8/24/2022 at 2:44pm and ordered over $50 in food, many of the items were on the happy hour menu. When I got to the window to pay I was told they no longer have a happy hour even though there was a huge sign in the front window of that Arby’s showing the $1 happy hour items.
When I got home I called the Arby’s customer service number and spoke to someone that told me the $1 happy hour menu was still going and that I would get a refund for the difference I paid. Well never got a refund and never heard back from customer service.

I can’t say enough good things about this Arby’s! Last week, I picked up an online order through the drive-thru and an item was missing. I called and the manager, Davontae, was so incredibly kind and apologetic. I didn’t want to come back so he took my name so that it could be replaced the next time I came in. I stopped in today and actually met Devontae and saw first hand how his staff was working and acting. I was so impressed with him, the staff, their attention to detail, and even the cleanliness of the store and restroom! To be honest, I had stopped coming to this location years ago because it had really gone down hill, but it has definitely made a huge comeback. Please give them a try and if you’re a hard working, team player, you might want to apply here and see if you’re a good fit. This team takes pride in what they do and it shows. Sometimes mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that shows your character. Devontae and this team would get 10 stars from me!

One of the best turkey sandwiches you can find in Macomb. Still has awesome deli meats. The prices have been essentially stagnant even though the economy has been in the toilet. The quality of the food has been above par throughout the years as well. I still recommend their new Baltimore locations because those are my home restaurants and I have been eating here for decades.

Young guy asks me what I want as far as sauces , I tell him and than the young girl asks me and three times I had to tell her I already told the guy who took my money and he was getting my food. She got mad with such an attitude. She should not ever be in customer service she even slammed the window as he handed me my food . I would fire her on the spot . All she had to do was listen to the customer and not get an attitude
