Order through their website received burnt garlic bread and frozen pizza. The store owner said to calls slice app to get a credit. Terrible customer service never ordering from here an again for a life long Union city resident this is unacceptable.

I was waiting for my daughter to finish dance class and called them up at 8:21 when they closed at 8:30.
I asked if I could still get a pie for pickup. He said “we’re closing soon but no prob” – Was totally gracious and made me a delicious lrg Roni.
*Only possible negative is lack of parking.

Great pizza at an excellent price, most affordable I have found in this area. Portion size is really good, usually order just a standard large pizza. Staff is friendly. Have only ordered their pizza, have not yet tried their other food items available but would recommend for the pizza

The food was HORRIBLE. I ordered penne vodka with breaded chicken and after mentioning breaded chicken a few times I still received grilled chicken (very dry). The pasta was dry (no vodka sauce). I called to complain and she told me they don’t do breaded chicken just grilled. I’m not sure why she would take the order then. The person I spoke to didn’t even speak English well. The pizza wasn’t good either. We will never order from here again!!! Very disappointed.

The food is good, but they have terrible service, their pamphlet says delivery and when I asked they say that they don’t. Then, when I ask for something other than pizza, they say that they have nothing but pizza, when their menu is filled with options of Italian cuisine. And when I order pizza instead, they said that they have nothing ready, which makes no sense to me because it’s a restaurant. My first bad review of a restaurant, good food, but needs better employees. I have told all my friends about the delicious food, but how bad customer service it is.

I am unhappy I walked in and ordered a pizza pie there was a pie ready when I got there that belonged to another customer when I returned to pick up my pizza pie that one pie was still there and the fresh one which I ordered was on top the worker gave me the pie that was sitting there for twenty minutes and I know this because that pie was cold I am disappointed

I called them and then they said OK we can fix it but they sending again same thing OK and then I ordered jalapeño and pineapple pizza OK but they put pickled peppers Pizza is not delicious. Very sour. Please don’t go there. They not doesn’t care what you want. You’re gonna lose your time and money. I gave them a chance but didn’t change. They have to say we are using pickle. We don’t have normal jalapeño I can understand but they’re not saying anything. They just do what they want. God see them.

Ordered delivery from here. The guy that took my order was super polite and patient with me as i asked him questions. I got the meat lovers personal which was awesome. The guy said the order would get to me within 40 minutes and indeed it was, everything still piping hot and my drink still cold. Would most def recommend for a quick bite/delivery!!!
