My excitement for seeing a $10 large pizza with short-lived. I ordered a pan pizza. The crust was literally less than 1/8 inch thick. I also ordered extra sauce because I’m allergic to cheese. There were parts of the pizza where I could see the dough through the sauce. The toppings were skimpy at best. It makes me sad to see what used to be a really great pizza chain deteriorate so much that what I received could be considered acceptable to go out the door. I’m sure this promotional offer was supposed to get people to come back to Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, the quality was so poor, I won’t be buying from Pizza Hut again.

Absolutely great service! We live about half hr away so when I placed the order on the app I called and explained and the wonderful woman who answered ran back and told them to wait. When my son went to pick it up it had just come out the oven! Great service great food!

Had a mix-up tonight with a half and half Pizza honestly was probably my fault because I ordered online but the staff was so nice and appologic about it and remade it for me really quick. We don’t order pizza out very often, but just because of how nice they were, we’ll definitely be back!

I get working in customer service is never fun, but coming in to grab my pick up order and the person who gave me my stuff set in on the counter furthest away making me reach for it and then with no words said practically tossed my receipt at me. I proceeded to ask if this was my receipt and he said oh yeah. I didn’t know if I was all set so I stood there for a second because he didn’t say anything but finally I walked out. As I’m already half way out the door he wants to tell me have a nice night.. he was just rude I’ve worked food industry/customer service and it’s not hard to at least fake like you’re enjoying your time their. It’s what you get paid for.

Terrible customer service, delivery driver took off on my brother when trying to ask him a question about a missing item. So I called and explained to them the situation and they hung up. Good pizza horrible people!

Usually the pizza is pretty good from here, not this time. We bought a three Topping pizza tonight (Ham, pepperoni, and pineapple). The toppings were barely visible. It was basically a large breadstick with sauce on it. We will not be ordering from again. So disappointed.

My pizza was hot, fresh and tasty. It also had a good amount of toppings and best of all the man up front took care of me as soon as I walked in. He built rapport with some light conversation and was very polite. I arrived about ten minutes to close as well. Alot of other places would have been rude due to that fact. That is the kind of customer service that made me feel appreciated and valued and will bring me back to order more pizza more frequently.

Customer service has been lacking in all service industries over the last few years due to staffing shortages. However, the gentleman that was running the register when I picked up my pizza at the US 223, Adrian, MI location was by far the most pleasant and professional employee that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last few year. That young man needs to be recognized and applauded for being the type of person that seems to care about providing great service.
