Uburger is usually a great experience-in terms of but tonight (2/28/23) they really missed the mark in terms of delivery timeliness and food quality. The initial delivery estimate was 6:55pm and the order was continually delayed until the estimate reached 7:40pm. I called the location and asked to have the delivery cancelled and I would pick it up myself. As I was driving to pick up the food, Uburger called and said the driver had just picked up the food and was on his way to deliver it. They finally showed up at my home at 7:45. The food was cold by this point as it had been prepared over an hour ago! I asked to speak to their manager about the poor service and was told the manager was not there. However, when I called again to complain about the food, the person who answered the phone said she would speak to their manager and I could call them back in a few minutes. The person I spoke to at Uburger was not able to resolve the issue and I was passed off to their manager who was expected to call me back since he or she was not on site that evening. UberEats is not the right partner for Uburger when it comes to a food delivery service. The lack of customer service exhibited by the people at this Uburger was incredibly frustrating.

The food was good and the service is attentive and friendly. The space is loud and convivial and people are laughing and having a good time. The low rating on the atmosphere is really something I’ve noticed on all my visits and that is the tables are attached to the floor by a metal column and the column at the floor has a metal collar around the pedestal and when you kick it it makes this loud metallic CHUNG sound and it’s constant all the time sitting there eating hearing this sound as people’s feet kicking the metal collar on the table pedestal. It’s peculiar and probably only to me but it’s annoying enough that I’m actually putting it in the review.

Staff was mostly friendly and the food though I hear very good things was underwhelming at best especially given that it was $10 per person. For $30 dollars I could’ve gone and had an entire diner with my kids at a much better restaurant.
