I’m a fan! Yes, U Dawg U is known for their hot dogs, so you can’t go wrong there and their cheese fries are THE BEST (truly, the best!), but I’d also like to recommend their chicken breast sandwich (so good!) and their tuna melt (which a friend recommended and was yummy!) I used to go there when my kids were little and I’m happy to say that it’s just as good today as it was then. Plus, the new owners (Avie and Elisa) added a party room on the second floor (holds about 20 people), so check it out next time you’re there. And if you’re looking to cater an event at home or at the office, they do a wonderful job. I was just at a 60th b-day catered by U Dawg U Dawg U, and the food was delicious! FIVE STAR review all the way!

I placed a catering order with Avie for my child’s birthday party (Mickey Mouse “Hot Doggity Dog” theme), and it was a huge hit. The food was delicious, with something for everyone—including my picky mom, who doesn’t like hot dogs or burgers in general but loved the tuna melt.
The customer service from the owner, Avie, was top-notch. He went above and beyond, answering calls and texts late into the evening, and he and his wife personally delivered the food right before the event. They were incredibly flexible, fairly priced (with more food than expected), and the quality was fantastic. They even provided chalkboard placards for the dishes, which elevated the presentation.
If you’re looking for a caterer, I highly recommend U Dawg U.

We hosted our 5-year-old’s birthday in the party room at U Dawg U and had a great experience. Avie, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, making himself available earlier in the day for balloon, party plate, and cake drop-off. When we arrived, the room was already set with Vienna Beef hats, lemonades, and waters, and our pre-ordered food was served quickly. They even provided a knife to cut our homemade cake. Avie and his wife personally served the party and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for kids’ birthday parties.

We recently had U Dawg U cater a large event for over 200 guests. The food was a definite hit! We served grilled chicken wraps, salad, fries, onion rings and tater tots. I had many people come up to me saying how good the food was (especially the wraps!) Everything was fresh, flavorful and perfect for a more casual crowd-pleaser. It made for a fun and satisfying meal.
The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the size of our group, and we appreciated that the menu offered great value without compromising on taste.

Wanted to give this local place a shot because of the killer reviews it had, when I first arrived the costumer server was nice. When I received my food I was a bit disappointed because of the cheese fries.. The cheese was completely uneditable, and the fries were half burnt/undercooked. The burger itself was lovely, so I decided to give the place a call and see what was going on since this was my first try here. The owner Rob was very professional and handled the entire situation spectacular. I decided to give it another go, the burger was great (again), fries were yummy, but the cheese just wasn’t up to my expectations. Besides that, I loved it and would recommend!

Let me point out one key detail to why the hotdogs are so good at u dog u. Take a really good look at the photos that I’ve posted. you see that end of that hotdog you see how it’s twisted you see how it overhangs the bun well those are all great signs. Have a wonderful delicious hotdog. Also, I would like to point out the toppings sauerkraut ,sport peppers. These are the two things that we really should have on every single Chicago style hotdog and the only ketchup you see insight is on them fries and let me say ,them fries were crispy delicious warm in the center just the way you expected crinkle cut fries to be. they have mastered the art of the Chicago style hotdog and the crinkle cut fry.

I had the two hot dog special with fries. The hot dogs had a great snap and the saur kraft was fresh and tasty. The wrinkles cut fries are good but I with they had fresh cut fries. Overall a very good lunch.

We ordered the fish sandwich, hot dogs, mozzarella sticks, pizza puff, sweet potato fries and it was all sooooo goooood. Not to mention the staff is very accommodating and nice. Thank you for a very nice experience 🙂

One of the worst burgers I’ve tasted since the days of boiled burgers in high school. It tasted as if it was first boiled then grilled. The two patties are also way too thick for a double cheeseburger and the price is a bit high, $24 for double cheeseburger meal. On the other hand the staff is friendly and I did not try any other food here, but I would steer clear of the beef.
