My family orders from Tyler’s quite a bit and so do my coworkers however tonight I got a very unpleasant surprise the same exact order of food that was $12 last week had jumped to $14 and some odd change it was right at $15 so in less than a week that’s how much did they have rice or prices don’t misunderstand me it’s not the employees fault but apparently the owners are really getting greedy I understand times are hard but they need to understand times are hard for everyone I definitely won’t be doing any more business with Tyler and I’ll be letting everyone know before they order better check prices because they most definitely took a big jump

Prepare for Disappointment!!!My girlfriend and I ordered a large pizza and breadsticks to the Carter caves lodge. After waiting for 2 hours the food never came . We had a cave tour scheduled and had to leave . We were hungry and beyond disappointed. I called and cancelled the order . After 3 weeks I never received a refund. A normal business would pay you back in that time . I called and spoke to the owner. She told me I needed to personally call and request a refund and hassled me terribly over the phone trying to assert herself and not let me speak . She went as far as to say the customer is not always right . This business is a pure money trap joke where you will be very lucky to not get food poisoning after waiting hungrily for 5 hours . I have loved this place in the past and grew up with the food . Sometimes it’s sad when true colors are shown . Please save your money and time and don’t buy from here .

The food here’s SO GOOD! Everything was fresh and delicious! Tried the antipasto salad, pizza, cheese sticks, and the “Tyzone”. VERY good! The service was really on the ball, all the friendliness one could possibly expect from a small town eatery. Loved it!

I had my daughter order me a pizza sub and I can’t believe what I got. A slab of meat with no bread and a couple slices of pepperoni. Asked to be fixed and they said that’s what was on the order and didn’t fix it. Horrible service and horrible food that they absolutely won’t fix when they make a mistake. I have eaten here for years but never again just shameful
