Had the best service at a fast food restaurant here. My children always order for themselves and the ladies were so patient and kind to them. They accidentally gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea and when I brought it to their attention she was so apologetic and we had a good laugh about it since I am probably the only persons to order unsweetened tea in Mississippi.

Chick Fil A food is consistently good, but the service at the NWCC location fluctuates wildly from day to day and even from hour to hour. This morning I got my food quickly, but other times when my student family member visits the same location, orders can take up to 30 minutes, and never with an apology. This is probably more a management issue than anything.

I’m so upset. The internet says they close at 9pm. I’ve never known a Chick-fil-A to close so early. That’s why I just knew it being on a college campus was going to suck!! I have never had any issues with a Chick-fil-A. This really does upset me. I still have yet to try it because some people don’t get to eat until after 6pm!!
