Went for the first time. Restaurant was clean and organized. Some of the fixtures including the bathroom were outdated. The service was great and everyone seemed very polite and nice. The food was delicious! We had the TX burger with steak fries and the jalapeño burger with onion rings. Both were delicious and I will definitely be going back. I came in ordered a double cheeseburger and got home started eating realized they gave me a cheeseburger a little upset because I had to drive back but no biggie !!! But these people just threw another party on my burger did not remake it and I feel like that’s horrible service I didn’t want anything free I just wanted what I paid for just horrible business and I won’t ever come back!!!! Smfh you made the mistake not me!!!!

Service was not great at all. I placed my children’s orders on the Tx Burger side so they could get their food first. My husband and I then got in line to place our order on the Subway side. (There were two people in front of us) We ordered our sandwiches and the girl who took our order had some sort of attitude and just a very frustrating tone throughout the whole interaction. We got our sandwiches and sat down to eat and still hadn’t received our Tx Burger order.( 3 kids meals) I stood up to check and could see the food sitting under the heater with no one in sight. I went to the front to ask about our order since 20 minutes had passed since we my husband and I had our food already. No one came to the front while I stood there but I could see the manager standing in the back talking. As soon as I sat back down is when they finally brought the food. My children’s fries weren’t even hot anymore and the food was warm. It seems as though every time we visit this place and the same manager is on duty there’s a lack of customer service.

I ordered two Tx cheeseburgers, one with onion rings and seasoned fries, I asked for “no lettuce or pickles and easy on the onions”, it came out hot, but the skinny hamburger patty was HARD, DRY AND BLACK AROUND THE EDGES, ONION RINGS WAS FRIED SO HARD AND DARK, DARK BROWN,they hurt the roof of your mouth just to bite them. I don’t know who they have cooking, but I will never eat there again. This happened before, but I decided to give them another chance. No thank you

Service sucks ! They do not attend the drive through like they’re suppose to .
A man asked us to wait , we waited patiently for 15 minutes and then started to say are you ready to take our order … no response ! Pulled up to the window and an Amy winehouse lookalike with tattoos looked at us and would not open the window … and when we honked she looked at us again and walked off ! Several people inside seen us at the window and didn’t assist us .
Called to speak with the manager and the manager was also unprofessional!
Waisted time and left with no food !
Blows my mind there was at least 7 employees there and they can’t handle a small drive through in a small town!!!
I won’t be going back !

I always order the chicken taco salad which I love but everytime I have ordered it I have to tell them to put sourvream jalapeños napkins and fork in a separate bag or else they throw it on top.of my salad who wants to eat it when it has all the germs on those containers of sourcream? Do better Texas Burger!!!
