Personally I loved this place! The food was so so good! I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was incredible!!! The food isn’t all prepared in house such as store bought naan and franks hot sauce but it still tasted incredible! The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was cozy, calm and quiet. The only thing that kinda made me giggle was how quiet our server was, she was so sweet and was an amazing server but I think she leaned a little bit to much into the “quiet relaxing” feel they are going for there. But honestly I would highly recommend coming here.

Excellent food that is truly delicious and surprisingly well priced. The menu is not extensive, but it is thoughtfully curated and offers exactly what you need. There is something for every palate, and each dish feels well considered and satisfying.

Great vibes and very pleasant service and staff! Would usually get the tuna poke bowl whenever I’d come, but there was a recent menu change which now includes an extra charge of $18 to add tuna, this seems very steep to me and deterred me from ordering it. Tried a different meal last time and I didn’t enjoy it as much. We love coming and everything is usually great, but please bring back the old menu!

Had an amazing birthday lunch here during a day of hydrotherapy. Cocktails were incredible! I had French onion soup(first ever) and it was amazing! Steamed pork buns were great too and you gotta get a side of Cajun chips!
Will be back for more soup and chips and the try the club!

Incredible food and atmosphere! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the insane cost of the poke bowl specifically. Without any protein, the dish is $24, and you can add on tuna.. for an additional $18. Bringing it to near $45 for a poke bowl. Please make this dish a normal price, otherwise everything amazing!!

Visited this beautiful bistro during our hydrotherapy spa session at Kananaskis. It is conveniently located inside the spa so you don’t have to change your clothing. The food was okay but service was slow. I asked for salt n pepper to cut the sweetness of the teriyaki salmon rice bowl I ordered but it never came and this was after waiting so long to find a server to inform. To be fair, we went in about 30 minutes before their last seating so may be it go extra busy. Also had to go find someone to get n pay the bill. Overall, we felt we could have done without the food as it took too much time away from our twilight spa time.

The hummus and bread was really yummy. I usually get their caprese salad but they took it off the menu!!

The bread on the buns were dry but the meat was tasty.

The dessert was horribly dry. They were kind enough to take it off the bill.

Overall nice to have a spot to eat as you cannot leave the Nordic spa once your in. However, the food is nothing special.

Service has always been fantastic here. Very attentive and warm.

It is a nice restaurant, the food, service and ambiance are very good, however, the pricing leaves you feeling like airport restaurants. They know you have nowhere else to go as you are unable to leave the spa and come back. Therefore it gets pretty busy, recommend getting on waiting list 30 mins before you are hungry just in case. That being said it is pretty cool being able to dine in spa robes – but bang for buck lacking. Don’t miss the chocolate cake!

Ordered 2 appetizers and some mains. First appetizer was great, although clearly the mini naans were from costco. Which is fine… except for the price.
The charcuterie board used to be great, with homemade pickles and reasonably assorted. Although todays charcuterie board was mayhem. The meat was on the bottom, like am area rug. Then there was a random potato salad that looked like it got on the wrong bus. No pickles(?) Almost no cheese, which was not the best selection of cheese. Then the oddest thing i have ever seen; covering the whole thing was a bunch of crushed nuts and crasins. Everywhere. Not even full nuts. Just bottom of the bag crumbles. Wild. I was really stoked to be brushing nuts off of every piece of meat i had to fishing for.
I really would love to chat with the head chef on what he was trying to do there. This place is on a consistent downward trend and i wiwh it wasnt. If only they would take criticism and use it to improve. Although i believe since they have a captured audience they feel safe in these suboptimal practices that would never fly if they had any competition. Sad.

I’ll be honest when I first came to this bistro I was alittle disappointed in what the offered on the menu. Wasn’t as big is i would’ve liked it. But the food that they had was delicious! Everything was quite fresh and very good atmosphere. It makes much more sense that they would offer lighter food because of the spa. So bringing that into consideration I will gladly give them 5 stars because they are offering exactly what they should be in a place like that! Just make sure to put your name down and hope in the pool or sit by the fire while you wait to be called 😉
