We had a fantastic Wednesday lunch at Two Sisters. Service was perfect from the time we came in the door. We were never left wanting for anything. The whole atmosphere was bright, modern, and welcoming, too, with high ceilings and pleasant spaciousness. We were in a booth with people on either side but didn’t feel crowded.
My husband had a local beer from SXSE while I had a cranberry hibiscus margarita. The cheese curds appetizer was AWESOME. Great serving size, fresh and squeaky cheese, and good coating. The ranch served alongside tasted fresh like it was house-made, too.
My husband loved his meal: custom burger with fries. The bun was even great quality. I had the grilled chicken with toasted quinoa salad. The portion size was massive, and it was a very good mix of flavors and textures. I’ve never had quinoa toasted in this way before. The baguette piece along with it was great, too.
We were too full to order dessert, which was a shame, as they had bread pudding on the menu, one of my favorites. We’ll need to come back!

We were driving back to Minneapolis from a basketball tournament in Rochester and happened to see this restaurant on the side of the road so we thought we would give it a shot.
The contemporary and warm decor inside was so beautiful. I opened up the menu and saw these amazing Minnesota hot dishes that were a staple of my childhood and I really wanted to try ALL of them, so I was delighted to find out that they had the “Flight of Hot Dishes” sampler that included all of them!
Every one of them was as good as you can imagine it would be and they brought back so many memories.
My son had the burger and fries and that was amazing as well!
Peter, our server, added to the experience by being so kind and helpful and welcoming. I wish every server was like Peter.

Amazing experience with great food at Two Sisters! Portions were the perfect size with very good taste. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Sandwich and loved it! Service was very good with a friendly atmosphere. Restaurant was very well decorated and designed!

5-17-25 – Too cold and windy to grill out tonight so we thought we’d come up to our new favorite dining establishment. We’ve been here three times now and it just keeps getting better and better!
The Two Sisters burger with American cheese with a side of fries was AMAZING! So juicy and flavorful! Beats any area restaurant burgers, hands-down! 10/10.
The grilled Pork Ribeye with baby carrots, and a mixed greens side salad with vinaigrette and balsamic- Normally, I don’t like that combination of dressing like that but for some reason, this was amazing! The pork chop was so juicy and tender and flavorful!  This meal and experience gets a definite 10/10!

STOP HERE! My son and I were getting hungry and saw this and a few other places and are we glad we got lunch. The quality of the food was top notch and the crinkle-cut fries were amazing. I had the Turkey Bacon Club and my son had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Clean plate club. The brewed coffee was perfect and there is a cafe attached. We split a Apple Crisp for desert. The degree of excellence was everywhere. Even the clean rest room with rolled hand towels. Impressive, clean and delicious! Oh. I almost forgot the French Fries were the first thing I tried on my plate. Golden and crispy outside and hot & tender inside. I’m impressed (as of this visit, my reviews have been seen 7.5 million times)

We had our elopement dinner here & were blown away by the service. The waitress was patient & friendly with our ten person group, the owner stopped by to congratulate us & checked in on us a few different times to make sure we were well taken care of. This place is a hidden gem that’s absolutely worth the drive from the cities. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is quick, and the food is outstanding. Connected to the restaurant is a charming coffee shop where the coffee is great, and the friendly baristas were genuinely grateful for our visit.
At the restaurant, the cheese curds stood out as some of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly squeaky with just the right amount of chew, and not overly breaded. The firecracker shrimp was another highlight: not too spicy, full of flavor, and impressively sized, with a crisp, delicious breading.
For the main dish, I had the Parmesan-crusted walleye, served with carrots and some fantastic potatoes. While the walleye could have used a bit more seasoning, the tartar sauce provided a nice balance. The menu overall was well-curated, offering just the right number of options, including plenty of vegetarian choices.
