A nice Mexican joint with lot of foot traffic in middle of Paris , Texas. I didnt like the sauce I ordered for chips. It was so bland with no spice or character it was waste of money.

Good Tex-mex food. I little hint for the chef; need to let the corn tortillas sit a little longer on the heat to improve the taste and texture. The salsa verde had no salt, but that was easily fixed with the table salt to improve the taste.

Haven’t been here in probably 10 years. The food was very good. The prices don’t seem to be much more than they were ten years ago so I’m surprised. Much better than that new jalapeno tree across the interstate which gave me migraines both times I ate there I got a migraine afterwards. But two senoritas the service was good I saw a few cracks in the staffing manager but overall it’s much better service than this post covid vs that everyone else has. Food was good quality had unique and delicious spicing. It seems like every other Mexican restaurant now wants to just use salt and pepper and no spices. So this was a nice surprise I had actually given up on eating any more Mexican food because it’s so bad everywhere else these days.

It’s been probably 20 years since I had eaten here and will probably be another 20 before I try again. A friend and I had lunch here today and it would have been good maybe if it had been warm. Salsa was average, fajita meat had a good flavor but it was room temp at best, rice was okay but would have been better if it was at least warm. They were extremely crowded and had very few waitresses. Maybe I just picked a bad day. My friend had chicken fajita quesadillas and she said that hers were okay but not worth returning for. Our waitress was nice inspire of running around playing catch-up. I had much rather had a Chinese hamburger or dumplings.

Went for Sunday brunch, delicious food! We sat at the bar so larger groups could have the tables. The poor bartender was so busy, as he was not only making drinks for the whole place, was also waiting on all the tables in the bar area, including a party of 20. That bring said, service was slow, but understandable. Food was most excellent, and the chips are fresh! Better than their other place papa nachos. Will return, but sit at a table.

3.5 stars. The service was good. The wait wasn’t that bad and it was busy. The fish tacos, chicken quesadilla, and the super burrito are pictured. They all tasted good, worth getting. The meals were really close to true Mexican food. Enjoy and cheers

Waited to be seated for over 30 minutes for a party of 5. They skipped us multiple times and tried to seat a party of 10. When we asked about the wait they told us they were seating smaller parties first. This is not the first issue we’ve had here, we gave it another chance however when you totally lie to my face I’m done. We will not return, it’s sad because this used to be the place to go. Do better management.
