Nine State Brewery is a family owned brewery and Korean Restaurant, located in downtown Inverness, FL. Eric Lesage, the owner and head brewer, has been brewing beer for over 10 years. His journey started in Massachusetts and throughout his brewing journey, he has traveled between Massachusetts and Florida (“Nine States”) to land at this craft beer destination. Our goal is to create a place for beer and wine drinkers to come and relax with friends. We are driven towards making our brewery a calm, quiet and relaxing stop in your day to enjoy some of our hand-crafted beer. We pride ourselves on the small town feel and want a personal experience with all of those who walk through our door.

Took a quick pit stop on our way to our Spring Break location and had a couple flights and grabbed some dumplings.
The dumplings were phenomenal!
The beers we tried were good as well. My wife and I each bought a flight but tried 6 beers total. We both agreed that the Heading North Marshmallow was the best. My wife also enjoyed the Sweet Abbey and Sweet Abbey Cherries. The ambiance was cool. We couldn’t hang inside though because we had our puppy with us so we sat outside and enjoyed the amazing breeze. It is a super quaint town and we will stop in the next time we are passing through!

They only get 3 stars because the staff was very nice and the music this particular night was amazing! My beer flight, the IPA’S plus a pepper blonde beer all had the same slightly contaminated after taste. The Mango something, also had a similar off aftertaste. Stouts were much better, good even, but they were sweet and probably masked the off flavor. If you drink the same thing all the time, you don’t notice when it’s wrong. Nearly 1,000 breweries and a least 5,000 unique beers, I say I’ve had a few beers. Sorry!

They have a surprisingly wide variety of brews from pilsner to imperial stout. The flight I had – pilsner, rauchbier, double IPA, imperial stout – was tasty across the board. A friend had the imperial hazelnut stout that I found to be too sweet for my taste, but, hey, you may like that kind of thing.
The food offerings are slim but also tasty with a Korean flavor (except the pretzels).
Bare bones decor, which is okay as I’m there for the brews more than the decor.
It’s worth a visit.

Some of the best beers around . We went to every brewery in a 50 mile radius and this one tops the list. We didn’t eat but the menu was interesting. Good live entertainment. He kept playing until we left and shut the place down
