I’m Gonna Start This Review By Stating I’m From Houston Where The Food Is Actually Good So My Standards Could Be Different. I’ve Watched Multiple TikToks Stating How This Was A Staple And A Must Try When Visiting Philly. I’ve Been To Philly Before And Had Great Food. This Was Not One Of Those Places. I Believe If You’re Drunk Maybe It Is Good But Sober It Tastes Very Below Average. The Caesar Salad Dressing That They Make In House Was Terrible. I Eat Caesar Salads All The Time And Have Never Tasted Something So Flavorless And Wet/Watery. The Loaded Fries Are Just Fries With Hamburger Slices On Top. They Tasted Average Nothing To Be Running Across Town For. The Burger Was Just Sickening. It Was Advertised Across Many Platforms As So Flavorful And Filling. It Was Tiny, Flavorless, And Thrown Together. I Wondered If There Was Even Salt In This Place Because Everything Was “Pretty” But Tasted Like Nothing. Would Never Come Back Or Recommend.

Honestly a cute spot! The Caesar salad is a MUST—absolutely loaded with cheese and the little crumbly croutons in every bite are .
The burger, though… kinda disappointing. Not bad at all, just very average. Based on the photos (it looked SO good), I was expecting way more for the price point. Definitely didn’t live up to the hype.
Overall, a decent place, but not really worth the price.

The atmosphere is desirable. Very spacious! The restaurant was limited on drinks, more vodka cocktails than anything. The burgers were decent, great charred flavor. The service was decent, we got our food in record time. The folks next to us however, they waited over 30 minutes only to find out the cooks “lost their ticket”. I hope it was fixed for them!

Two Robbers was the highly anticipated third date, with the artist that sparked my own creativity. This was big- it’s the date that confirms there’s connection and takes things out of the bar scene… to the bedroom, or at least a second location.
And while the smash style burger was good- it left a lot of imagination and a yearning for more substance. Metaphor? Perhaps. The delivery was creative- arriving on a metal cafeteria style tray, cut in half as requested, with the most delicious fries and a spicy dipping sauce. Kinda like the delivery of the dreaded “I’m just not ready” convo, over a bucket of seltzer cans. Not ready? For this? (Draws hands up and down body as I’m spicy myself no sauce needed). The cheese to meat to bun ratio was ok, I’d prefer a nicer bun but given the locale and prices it would have been too much. Even the most thinly sliced raw onions were a nice touch. I should have enjoyed them more and not picked some off since there wasn’t a full blown make-out session on the agenda.
And while the convo should have been uncomfortable- like the ridiculous metal low back barstools we sat on, it wasn’t. It was genuine, it was honest, there were laughs, there’s no animosity. Is this what healthy dating and maturity is?!? Sometimes timing just doesn’t work. Sometimes a man turning 41 wants to wait and see what else is out there. Sometimes I can be a lot. Sometimes a third date 1/2 burger is where things end.
Speaking of ending: walking to my car with the most sweet and extra-carbonated fountain Coke to go, with a bendy purple straw made sense. The perfect ending to a nice rejection, because how much more childish could one night/man/date be?
Would I date it? No.
Would I go back for the fries? Every time.

Simply the best cocktail i had all holiday! Great service. Bar man was amazing and super friendly. Cheese curds were to die for. Lovely vibe in Fishtown.

Came for Friday happy hour to see if the smash burger is worth the hype… indeed it is! It had such great flavor, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the raw onions. I would get it without them next time.
I also loved the fries, they were battered and super crispy (my fav). Spicy margarita was delicious and just strong enough. The atmosphere was great, clean and service was quick. Would absolutely come back!

Visiting from DC and like seltzers, don’t love them. The gin, vodka, and seltzers were all made in house and honestly probably the best seltzer I’ve had. Everything tastes so pure, clean, and had a touch of a hometown flavor. During my visit we had seltzers and cocktails with all of them tasting phenomenal. 10/10

This was a really nice place to go to got good food and drinks. We were served by Chikana (hope that is the correct spelling) and she was attentive and very hospitable to our small party of 3.
There isn’t a big variety of food available but the burgers and fish sandwich hit the spot. The fires were seasoned well and the drinks were awesome.
We even received a complimentary appetizer for a small misunderstanding that really wasn’t anyone’s fault. That just shows that they had really good service.
If you haven’t been you need to go!

Can’t believe I slept on this place for so long because I was never super impressed with their seltzer. I came after seeing the numbing pickle bites on insta and wow… what a coooool place aesthetically, very creative drinks and yummy food. Pickles weren’t the best part, loved the taste of the breading but it didn’t stick well. The burger was a solid old fashioned smash burger. The cocktails were the highlight. The sesame drink was literally out of this world. Martini was top notch. Service was friendly. Will keep coming back!
