Ryan Ferguson Gateway is definitely closed, the one on Bradley park doesn’t have a working phone number, I didn’t think they were still open.

This is my first time coming to this location and I wish I would have started coming here sooner. They have great service and not to mention quick as well. The staff is super friendly and kind. They do an outstanding job of keeping the place clean. They serve the exact same food as the other location. The food came out fast, hot, and delicious! I will be coming back to this location again and if you like the other location….you will like this location!

Food is horrible! I couldn’t eat it! First, I ordered a teriyaki chicken and shrimp bowl with a side of vegetables. The rice tasted soggy and old, like it had been sitting out all day. They gave me steak instead of shrimp. Both steak and chicken was so dry. And where is the teriyaki sauce ? No where to be found. The vegetables were not fresh at all. This place is horrible. I would not recommend this place for anything!

Good food at a great value with really fast and friendly service. I ordered at the drive-through.
I got the teriyaki vegetable bowl which was only $5.99 for a big takeout bowl filled to the brim with rice and veggies plus a container of yum yum sauce. I really liked the texture of the rice, and the vegetables were cooked well — not overdone nor undercooked. Some of the grains of rice were dry though. The teriyaki sauce was sweeter than I expected, but I still greatly enjoyed it. I don’t think the yum yum sauce added much to the experience, so I’ll just use that for something else later. I assumed this dish was vegetarian, but I didn’t explicitly ask.
One thing I dislike is that they use Styrofoam cups. I wish they had a more environmentally friendly option.

Veggies were mush. Chicken was overcooked and therefore rubbery. Rice was ok. Super disappointing meal.

The rice was bland. The chicken tastes like the only seasoning used was salt. The vegetables were horribly overcooked and look just plain bad. I was looking forward to trying this restaurant but I was sadly disappointed.

Purchased the hibachi steak for dinner, without veggies and suffered from a wonderful case of food poisoning starting at 4am that night/morning. Was already annoyed steak was super thin with no flavor but was willing to accept the loss and move on. Service was great and food was ready pretty quick so I will give them that.

The young man was very kind. But I ordered the steak hibachi and this was most flavorless food I have ever had. I have been to this chain in other location and it is fabulous. Actual veggie zucchini etc. this location gave me meat, cabbage, and rice. For 12.00. Never again

First time going here today. They oversaturated my shrimp noodle bowl with that sauce. I had to add water to eliminate the taste some. The kids meals were a box full of food, so that was good. The prices are great; I will try again.
