I am always drawn to food trucks because I find most of them to be hidden gems with delicious food.This food truck is not one of them and it was a huge disappointment. For $20 I got 2 very small beef tacos. The corn tortilla was stale, the tortilla chips were stale, the salsa was out of a jar, and the guacamole was bought premade from a store and not fresh. The little bit of beef on the taco was good though. For $20 I would expect higher quality of food. I don’t recommend visiting this food truck

Best thing ever after floating down the river! The barbacoa tacos were awesome. Juicy and flavorful with a great balance of toppings and I loved the way they melted the cheese on the tortilla. Definitely coming back whenever we are in town for a float!

The fish tacos exceeded my expectations for a taco truck! They are high quality and super yummy. Service was also great and super quick. I will definitely be back in the future to try more of the items on the menu!

To start, the posted menus around the tables were not priced to match the prices on the whiteboard at the trailer.
The person who took my order was extremely uninterested in doing so and did not take my order correctly. When asked about things I ordered that I didn’t get, her response was “You didn’t order that”. She then proceeded to take my order again with the same lack of interest.
Another person there who was handing the distribution of food was also not too friendly. She would hand the food and point, no explanation whatsoever.
Bright spot, reason why I’m giving 2 stars instead of one, was the cook. He was efficient and extremely focused on customer service. Food was ‘ok’. The chicken salad was basically chicken nachos and thr empanadas were not like any empanada I had seen.
Reason why I took to write this, is that’s it is extremely unfortunate how a great half of the day could be tarnished by this. Hope this is looked at as a way to improve.
