Cool Lil brunch spot off Parker. Fair sized menu with breakfast and lunch options. And time I see green chili I get a cup, they brought it out with my meal which I would have preferred before, but it was fine. Was a bit cold for some reason but okay flavor. Got the short rib grilled cheese which had nice flavor topped with shishito peppers and the fries were good. My mom got the corned beef hash which she liked. We got forgotten a few times so sat without drinks for a while while the waitress was chopping it up with someone at the counter and the iced tea has a weird flavor like it was mixed with something or using uncleaned containers that were used to make something else but otherwise I’ll probably give it a 2nd try and see if the experience improves

We went to brunch on a Saturday around 10am. Surprisingly there wasn’t a wait, but it was packed. First thing I noticed this place is very sensory over-stimulating. The concrete walls trapped all the echos of chatter almost to it being uncomfortable. There’s a decent selection of items. No alcohol that I saw. I don’t drink anymore so it’s not an issue now, but would’ve definitely been one 4 months ago. For the price, the food wasn’t as good as I expected, it was okay but not what I would expect at that price point. There are no free refills on drinks either, at least there wasn’t for a kids juice at brunch. I asked & paid for gluten-free toast, but my stomach hurt all day after eating my Avocado toast.

While exploring options for brunch, we stumbled upon Twisted Egg in Aurora. Situated on the first floor of a medical building, it’s easy to miss when driving south on Parker Road near Cherry Creek State Park.
Fortunately, we decided to stop in, and we were delighted with our breakfast—it was fantastic!
I highly recommend the Monster Smothered Burrito, which comes loaded with eggs, sausage, potatoes, green chiles, onion, and cheese — smothered in green chili and topped with roasted chile-lime crema, pico de gallo, and fresh cilantro. This massive burrito truly lives up to its name and was delicious.
Another highlight was the Corned Beef Hash. Unlike the typical mushy canned versions, Twisted Egg offers a house-made variety featuring diced corned beef, green peppers, and potatoes that are cooked on the flat-top until crispy. It’s served with two perfectly cooked eggs, allowing the yolks to create a rich sauce over the crispy hash.
The restaurant is bright and clean, but loud due to the concrete walls and open ceiling. Our server was friendly when she took our order, but didn’t check in on our meal or refill our drinks.

The food was very good! I would definitely recommend anyone in Denver to go try this place. The caramel latte had cute latte art, and it was also delicious. And the meal itself was also very good as well. I had the avocado toast and the over easy eggs was splendid! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who comes to Denver and try this awesome restaurant!

First time here since the change and the food is better than before!! I ordered the chicken fried steak and was pleasantly surprised how yummy it was, I ate the whole thing ! My friends ordered the Jefe scramble and that was very tasty too. Want to go back and try some more ~

Will not be coming back here our server she was very sweet. I should’ve got her name. I made sure that i gave her a good tip off the strength of her service being perfect but I’m not sure if it was the manager which it probably was the manager. she very much rubbed me the wrong way. She did not speak to us the whole 25 minutes We were there even walking past our table a few times just looking at us And I also ordered a burrito to go. I open the box to take a little bite before my husband was done with his breakfast and before I could take a bite, I noticed it was packed with french fries and only pretty much french fries it was supposed to be a California burrito. I opened it and wanted to see Was there even any meat in it at all and when I tell you, it was maybe about a couple pieces on one side and maybe about two more pieces at the bottom on the other side I explained to my server that I didn’t not want the burrito because it had no meat barely she understood and she was very accommodative Took the burrito away and even apologized. Next thing you know the manager hit the corner like mad woman with the burrito. I guess they went to the back and she opened it up some more so once she brought it to me she kind of like put it in my face to show me that there was actually some more steak I guess at the bottom And made a comment as to there’s actually 3 ounces of steak in here, but I’ll take it off and walked away. That was very rude. You really need to work on your customer service as a manager you made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be back Coming back!
