Was super excited to try this place and enjoy some SG/Thai chicken rice! One of my favorite meals in the whole world. Food was good here! The ginger rice and the dressing are stellar! So good! Next time I think I’ll try the roasted chicken! The steamed chicken and rice needed some more seasoning and they don’t have the soy dipping sauce (which is okay). Just not a home run. Decent meal for the price, with limited seating; more like an order and go situation. If the que gets long it gets very crowded very fast. But service was pretty friendly and nice. I’d def go back cause the flavors were good. Just wish I also got a little more for the $13+ dollars.

The food here was fantastic. I would suggest trying the chili lime sauce it was great on everything. The chicken was crispy and delicious. Wonder if they have any more of these in different locations? Great job guys

You order from the kiosk, which gives you dynamic views of the menu and the various options and modifications that are available. My order was up pretty quickly and the food held up well after the short walk back to my hotel. Very enjoyable!

Horrible salad. Rotten corn and vegetables. Ordered spicy crispy chicken but was given roasted chicken. Pictures speak for themselves.

I have tried this style of cuisine first from an establishment in elmhurt queens. This shop has tasty meals with good portion sizes. I ordered steamed dark meat chicken and extra on the side spicy fried chicken. Will definitely come back here. Opt out of the soup its whack and a waste of more plastic containers. Youre not missing much on the luke warm soup.

Finally got to try this chain after two unsuccessful attempts at the 23rd St location (too crowded and didn’t want to wait). As with that location, you must order on a kiosk, which is of course a little dehumanizing, but probably efficient. That said, when I did get my order, the service wasn’t friendly, I think they just wanted me to leave quickly 🙂 – maybe because the store is so small? Warning for those sensitive to noise, because it is so small, I guess the prep/cooking causes a lot of loud banging noises, which can be alarming, especially in that small space.

A great place to grab some chicken (over rice) during your busy days. The chicken is well-seasoned and tender, and they do give a lot. The rice is not just plain white rice but also has some seasoning – some ginger, garlic, and is probably cooked with chicken broth as well. The sauces are okay, I heard the green one is pretty good. They also give a small bowl of soup, but it is kinda bland. Zaab fries is pretty interesting with a hint of spicy and zesty. This place is mostly for takeout but there are a couple of seats if you decide to dine in. Bring your own box to reduce waste!! And customer service is exceptional!

First time visiting this place (visited twice this trip). I was very impressed with the set up and how you order and pay via their computers and when the order is ready they call your name.

Ordered crispy fried and steam chicken and rice. You order using their pad machine. The place is small doesn’t have too many seats. After you ordered, it does take some time to prep. As an Asian dish, this is definitely overpriced. I feel like the rice portion is not enough. The spicy fried chicken has lot of flavor and very spicy. The steam chicken, definitely need the sauce. Overall the meal is good but would not make me to come back for this 12 bucks lunch. Malay restaurant serving a Hainanese chicken for cheaper price.

I have been eating here almost every Monday for the past 6 months and the quality deteriorates over time. Some days I picked up my order with almost only the chicken skin and the rice and today Monday May 8th my chicken tasted rotten and smelled very bad. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it. I really liked this place for the first months I have been in New York but I think it’s time to find a new spot for my Monday meal.
