I love the fact that this restaurant caters to vegans/vegetarians as well! Most importantly, they have a separate breading and fire section from the real chicken.
So far I’ve tried 2 of their vegan options… the vegan hot honey and the vegan twist hot chicken and they have been 100000/10. I cannot recommend this spot enough for a delicious, savory meal!

I recently visited Twist Hot Chicken in Peoria, AZ, and I have to say, it made my top 10 meals while traveling! The customer service was good—there was a new employee, but she handled everything wonderfully and with a smile.
I ordered the dragon fruit lemonade and went with a combo meal: original chicken, fries, and a chicken tender. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly—the chicken had just the right amount of spice, and the sides complemented it nicely. The lemonade was refreshing and a great pairing with the meal.
Overall, Twist Hot Chicken delivers excellent food with a welcoming vibe. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

honestly i used to LOVEEE twist hot chicken but recently there’s been a lot of misses lately & i tried going again literally just went 30 min ago started eating & the first bite i take into the chicken it’s still RAW. you can clearly see the pink and very chewy my boyfriends pieces of chicken wer exactly the same.. so disappointing especially because the price for both nashville fries were expensive.

We had an amazing experience at Twisted Hot Chicken! The chicken sandwich was the star—perfectly juicy with just the right amount of spice. The fries were equally impressive: crispy, well-seasoned, and totally addictive. We also loved that the sodas are free of high fructose corn syrup—such a refreshing and thoughtful touch. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Plus, the music was absolutely on point and kept the vibe upbeat and fun. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I really wanted to LOVE Twist Hot Chicken as this was my first time trying it. It got stellar google reviews! Everyone said the chicken & fries were super flavorful & some of the best they’d ever had. My experience was different, but that’s okay because we don’t all like the exact same things. If we did, this world would be pretty boring. I want to start out by saying that ordering online via TOAST was very easy. My food was ready & hot when I picked it up. The workers were very friendly & helpful! The place looked clean. I didn’t say long; just long enough to say hi, grab my food, & go. When I got home and opened my box of food, there was a very generous amount of fries, four good sized tenders (I got the mild), the correct sauces I requested (golden bbq & ranch), a slice of Texas toast, a side of coleslaw, & two round pickle slices. I tried the first tender without sauce just to gauge the flavor on its own & the spice level. It wasn’t spicy at all to me. I did get the mild though because I never know who’s spicy will be too spicy. The tender didn’t have much flavor to me, & it was dry & tough to chew. The other tenders still didn’t have a lot of flavor to me, but they were juicy & the texture was MUCH better! The seasoning/breading on the tenders had a very powdery texture/feel in my mouth. I wasn’t a fan of this, but going by the reviews a lot of people are & that’s cool. I was expecting a saucy tender, but that’s okay. The fries were VERY crispy! Good job! I don’t like soggy/soft fries, but that’s personal preference. Again, I was expecting a bit more flavor per the reviews, but the flavor they had was pleasant. The Texas toast was as expected, can’t really go wrong with that. The coleslaw was on the dryer side and again, not much flavor at all. Maybe my taster is off? The pickles were good. Again, can’t really go wrong there. The absolute ⭐️ STAR ⭐️ of the show for me was the Golden BBQ sauce!!!! I think I could have drank it even though it was a thick texture! WELL DONE! I would purchase bottles of that if you sold them! All in all, the food really wasn’t for me, but I’m happy that I finally tried it. And I’m so happy that there are a lot of people who love this place!! I would go back just for that delightful sauce! Oh! And I would try the artisan sodas as well. Thank you, Twist Hot Chicken for your service! I wish y’all the absolute BEST in the future!

I’ve been to this place a handful of times, my latest being literally just 5 minutes ago, but it never disappoints. There are a lot of “Nashville hot” style chicken places out here, and Twist is by far the best with the most options. Their chicken is the best, being the juiciest and most flavorful, they have the most items available on their menu, and the best sauces. I literally order from here just because I’m craving their grape chipotle, which is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.

Great place for a delicious spin on chicken tenders. The food is absolutely fresh, hot, and tasty! My husband had the combo which comes with huge portion of crinkle cut fries dusted with seasoning, a chicken sandwich which we chose the honey hot and a huge chicken tender. I ordered the Nashville Hot Mac which is creamy, cheesy, spicy mac n cheese with 2 huge chicken tenders, dill pickle chips and topped with a spicy sauce and cojita cheese.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and energetic. The music was perfect volume and upbeat alternative genre.

Delicious! Beware the spice level, though! I got the honey hot chicken sandwich in “hot” thinking I’d be safe with my high-ish spice tolerance and knowing there are 2 higher levels of spice, but no- it was very hot- lol! The chicken was so juicy and tender, and the fries were amazing too. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait was a big long and the lady behind the counter didn’t seem to know what she was doing (but she was sweet and I think the location was new, so likely just some growing pains).

I got the spicy level ‘Hot’ and it was TOO SPICY for me, and I can tolerate a decent amount of spice. I’d recommend going with the ‘Medium’ or ‘Mild’ level of spice. The beignets, however, were SO GOOD, we got 3 orders of them between 5 people. They are soft and flaky, absolutely delicious! The food comes out hot, which means they make it to order. The service is excellent. The most important reason why my family went there was because the chicken is HALAL.
