We had a huge order, and my lactose intolerant friend got the lemon pepper on the loaded fries thinking it was just seasoning. Turned out it was a cream based sauce, and when we returned, the staff was kind enough to remake the bowl with a non dairy sauce. John, the man up front, was so kind and told us that he would do whatever it took to make it better!!! Big shoutout to John and Kiki’s, you just made many life long customers!

Great place for chicken wings & tenders. The staff was great. But our first experience with the chicken was not so good. We’ll give them another try, but the chicken was very dry and overcooked. Flavor great, but well done. It’s close to the freeway. There is no outside eating area.

Sorry not impressed. We got 4 tenders and a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was overcooked, the breading was lacking flavor, and the garlic fries lacked garlic and salt. The food was hot but disappointing. The cashier was friendly and pick up was easy.
