Wife and I had a great time there and we laughed rather than got peeved of the food: the server said New England Clam chowder (not New England clam and corn chowder) was one of the soups of the day. I ordered only to find the corn interfering with my enjoyment of the few pieces of clam in the soup. Wife orders a salad that came with a mini baguette and instead got a mini slice of a baguette toasted with butter. Those are the little things that make a restaurant and a new one at that, to smell of skimpiness and sneakiness. If Panera can be honest, so can Mavis, I think.

Incredible food and exceptional customer service! We had ordered 2 burgers and wings, but when we got home with the food we realized they had forgotten the 2nd burger (and top bun to the burger we did get). I called and was immediately connected with a manager who was so incredibly nice and apologetic. The manager offered to drive to our house to deliver the missing burger (and top bun of the other burger). Within 25 minutes, she was at our door with hot food. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service, and all food was delicious! We will be back, and we highly recommend.

I’m not sure why they asked the temperature of the hamburger. My “medium” was charred black and dry. The medium wings were not even slightly spicy. The food was ordered for 5:30 pickup and ready closer to 5:20–so not hot at all when I picked up. I was so looking forward to a good burger. Disappointing
