I’ve been here multiple times before, and I’ve never had service as attentive as I did with Sophia. Even with the restaurant under construction and the space feeling a little tight during our visit, she completely elevated the experience.
She was on top of everything!! Refills never empty, food timed perfectly, checked in without hovering, and somehow managed to keep the energy fun and relaxed the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she’s doing.
On top of that, she’s hilarious and has such a magnetic presence. It’s rare to get someone who’s not only efficient and professional, but also naturally funny and easy on the eyes. She made the whole table feel taken care of.
Honestly, it’s kind of wild that someone so multi-talented is working here as a side gig. You can tell she has so much going for her beyond just serving!! We genuinely felt lucky to have come in on a night she was there.

I’ve been trying Twin Peaks locations across the country, and this one is definitely one of the good ones. The Billionaire Burger came out satisfying and well-prepared, and my waitress was super friendly and attentive throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience compared to many other locations.

As always the food and service are wonderful. However every time we come in the place seems really dirty. The TVs at the booths, floors under the table and dividers on the booths are always nasty. The tables are sticky and there is usually left over food on the seat.

Just had to shout this out — Twin Peaks absolutely knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere is always on point, the food is consistently amazing, and the cold drinks never disappoint. But what really made the experience unforgettable was my server, Summer. She was seriously awesome — super friendly, quick, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. If you stop by, definitely ask for Summer — she’ll take great care of you. Twin Peaks + Summer = top-tier experience.

With the weather warming up I’m on the bike a lot more and always find myself wanting to go to Twin Peaks. Great food and damn good drinks, AND our waitress Sophia is unbelievable with a smile that brings me back and a sense of humor to match I’m always looking for a table she’s in charge of.
Sophia’s always extremely attentive and makes sure none of us go hungry or low on drinks. She listened to my questions and made sure I left more than content. Will definitely make my way back to west side twin peaks soon

We were very excited to be able to come here because our Twin Peaks closed in Omaha and the cold red beer is my all time favorite! After a 5 hour drive this was a perfect end to our day. The place was very clean, great atmosphere and fantastic service. We do miss the hunters tray you use to have so it would be awesome if you brought that back! We had an amazing service professional. Ki provided us with exceptional service. We barely waited for our drinks and food came out quickly. Chicken Cobb salad was perfect light supper for being so late and some tacos and bacon for my husband. Thanks for the perfect night and great service.

The place was fairly busy, we were greeted and seated promptly.
To me the place looked a bit worn, a bit used, but they have an extensive set up of TVs to make the place feel as a sport bar.
Summer, our server, was cordial and attentive.
The food was good but it was not a wow moment experience.
With so many other choices in the area I will probably not patronize this place again.
