My recent visit to Twin Peaks was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly when it came to customer service. From the start, the service felt unorganized and inattentive, especially at the bar. I understand that restaurants can get busy and staff can feel overwhelmed at times, but the level of attention we received was far below what should be expected.
Drink refills were slow and often required multiple attempts to get a bartender’s attention. Ordering food also took much longer than it reasonably should have, which added to the frustration. There was a noticeable lack of communication and urgency, making it feel like customers were not a priority during our visit.
The food was another letdown, particularly the wings. They were very underwhelming and did not meet the quality or flavor I’ve come to expect from Twin Peaks. Considering this location’s reputation and the consistency I’ve experienced at other Twin Peaks restaurants, the food here fell well short of the standard.
Overall, this was not one of the better Twin Peaks locations I’ve been to. Between the disappointing service and subpar food, the experience left a lot to be desired. I hope management takes a closer look at staffing, training, and overall execution, because this visit did not reflect the level of service or quality that Twin Peaks is known for.

The Trophy trout was exceptional—perfectly cooked with a delicate, flaky texture and a clean, fresh flavor. The light char from the grill added depth without overpowering the fish.The presentation was clean and appetizing, showing real attention to detail.

Food was great as always! Ayanna was our server and took very good care of us! She made sure we had everything we needed, checked to make sure our food was to our liking and had a great personality that made us feel welcomed! I got the Chicken Ranch Sandwich, which was huge and had great flavor!

It’s so loud in there you can’t even hear the person next to you. The food was just ok. My husband had the ribeye medium rare and all you could taste was the burnt char on the outside, the mash potatoes had no flavor. My daughter had the lobster roll but. She said it was great. I had the philly cheesesteak it was ok, didnt have very many peppers or onions. Not much flavor, very greasy.

Olivia was absolutely outstanding during my visit to Twin Peaks. From the moment she greeted our table, she brought an energy that made the entire experience better. She was attentive without ever hovering, quick with refills, and somehow always appeared right when we needed something. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she handled everything with a level of professionalism and friendliness that really stood out.
What impressed me most was how effortlessly she balanced being personable with being efficient. Even with a busy section, she made us feel like a priority. It’s rare to find someone who can deliver great service with such genuine warmth.

Came during lunch, not super busy. Asked for a booth and they didnt hesitate to get one. Breonna was our waitress. She was super respectful and got all of our food out fast and drinks stayed full. Great job!

Today i went to Twin Peaks for the first time in 10 years since the 2015 Waco Texas Twin Peaks brawl. It felt good to finally come back after being gone for so long. My date and my waitress was wonderful thank you for making this a wonderful time. I will definitely come back in a few weeks.
