My family, friends and I have been going to Chiba sushi for many years now. We love the variety there and is always our go to place for any celebrations. They’re always willing to accommodate and have wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good AYCE restaurant.

I don’t know what gas station sushi tastes like, but this must be it. This is the second time we ordered because of the “high raitings”, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. Once we got the sushi, we were curious because they did not at all look like the “pictures”. Then tasting it, oh my goodness, how FISHY the salmon smelt and tasted, just like the tuna the last time. To say the least, we ended up throwing it out.. wasn’t cheap either.

I tried sushi from this restaurant for the first time, and the food was fantastic! The flavors were really impressive. However, I did notice one of the chefs coughing frequently and wiping his nose on his sleeve, which was a bit concerning. The restaurant’s appearance when you first walk in might not inspire full confidence in cleanliness. That said, I would highly recommend the food, though I’m a bit hesitant about other aspects.

Very tasty food, the salmon belly is delicious, the staff was rushed even with barely anyone around and it being working hours. It was very delicious and I do recommend the food there it’s awesome. The sashimi however is small and cut so expect that if you order. The bathroom could use a clean. But overall lovely experience and tasty.

Washrooms are DISGUSTING!!!! The interior is in need of a touch up. The chairs and booths are all falling apart and the tables are sticky and dirty. Servers make you feel rushed. Sushi not fresh. Got sick after eating there. Meat lacks flavour and they never come around to give refills in your drinks. If you what good sushi and service and a washroom you won’t feel
Disgusted to use DO NOT eat here. Shoes a lot about their cleanliness walking into that washroom. If they can’t keep their washrooms clean what makes you think they keep their kitchen clean. GROSS.

The servers were friendly and prompt when taking orders and serving food. I also had fresh salmon with a nice, thick cut which I liked.
The quality of food need to be worked on. I’ve been in other Japanese restaurants and I can tell the taste and quality is different. The noodles needed to be evenly cooked as some were firm and some were squishy. The gyudon taste needed to be improved as this one tasted little and seemed to just have added more soy sauce. The broth’s consistency couldve been a little thicker and light and brown in color. All in all, good service and some improvements with the food quality.

It was relatively busy when I arrived. But quiet even though it was busy. The service was good and addressed all customers’ concerns. The food is always great. And I also added a take out order which was ready in a timely fashion. Overall, 4 and a half stars from me.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Although they do come and fill your water every 5 minutes…lol food seemed fresh, and I didn’t get any over fishy tasting items. Also had the sake today. The Large is enough for 3ppl to have 2 tiny cups each. The waitress wasn’t sure.

Wasn’t very impressed unfortunately.
The rolls had next to no fish in them, very heavy on the crispy tempora and the sauce was strategically placed over the tuna. The tempora dish was very underwhelming. Over all, we ordered about 6 dishes and all were expensive and underwhelming. The service wasn’t that great either. Not very friendly, or engaging.
We will be sticking to our usual Sushi spot across the street.
