One of the poorest quality food I have ever experienced. After waiting 1.5 hours for our food for only a table of 3, my husband, myself and our 7 year old son. We receive this trash. Waitress told us the kitchen put another table that came in 35 minutes after us before our order. We only ordered a grown up cheeseburger with fries, nachos for myself and a kids cheeseburger for our son. 1.5 HOURS for that. Our son’s burgers couldn’t even feed a newborn. The patty was burnt and not even 1/4 the size of the bun. My nachos had no pico on them, cold chicken on top and no beans. How do you mess up something that simple. Honestly horrible experience and then the store manager kept wanting to just comp the burger. My son isn’t eating primarily buns for dinner. So then he offered to remake it all himself. It was far too late. We paid for our drinks only and left. Will absolutely never come back

I arrived at 10:20 PM and waited a few minutes at the hostess stand before being informed that the hostess had already gone home for the night. Fortunately, once seated, the service was excellent throughout the visit.
The food itself was decent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the mashed potatoes were underwhelming-nearly half the bowl was taken up by one large, unmashed chunk of potato. However, the menu offered a nice variety of options, and the strawberry lemonade was especially good.
Our server was attentive and made the experience much smoother. The establishment also has plenty of TVs, creating a good atmosphere for dining or watching a game. Overall, the visit had a few hiccups, but the service and certain items definitely stood out.

Khadija was the best server and experience I ever had at twin peaks. I’m a regular who comes here and the expirence I just had was out of the water. She was so detailed and kind and patient on my date night.and it was great because it had been my first off day in nearly two weeks and to not be rushed and to have a full expirence made the night gold to me. Thank you Khadija and Benji for the wonderful service and first time experience for my partner.

When we came here the first time, we had no idea the type of place we were going to. We just knew the menu looked good. This is our second time in a year and we again were not disappointed. Best tacos I have had at any restaurant. My husband got the spicy thai ribs and those were amazing as well. My 8 year old got the adult Cheesburgwr special and LOVED it. The service is impeccable!

Very disappointed. Servers were not friendly. Definitely not what I expected. The food was just dropped off at the table and didn’t ask if everything was correct. I waited over 30 minutes for the server to ask me about my food and she never did so I found the manager to help me. I then just told him that I didn’t want my food now and he removed it from the bill. I still paid for my beer. What makes this really bad is that I was sitting at the bar. The 2 bartender, Servers just talked to 1 guy at the bar the entire time and didn’t really pay any attention to the other customers at the bar. This could be a really fun restaurant. The host at the front was very friendly and helpful when I asked for the manager. All I want is what I pay for and good customer service. Not to much to expect. Oh well.

We usually go to Carolina Ale House when sports are on and simply because they have a pool table. However I wanted something different food-wise today so we walked over to Twin Peaks to try them out. The bar tops were full so we asked for a table. If I’m between 2 or 3 items I get the servers opinion so I went with the trout vs the street tacos and I’m glad I did because it was amazing. Great flavor and plenty of food. The service was a bit slow but that didn’t bother us too much as we were in no hurry and the game was on almost all TVS. However after the food came, we were missing the dressing and side items. By the time we got them, our food had gotten cold. That is the only real issue to slow service. Also, being sat so close to the outside where smoke travels to where we are eating is a turnoff. Fans should be used to push it away from the restaurant.
