Very disappointed in how my sandwich was prepared. More bread than turkey, bacon and Cheese. I ordered the Smokey pepper jack Turkey. For a first timer, not sure I’ll take a risk again for a better sandwich.

I have been visiting this location at least once a week since it opened. Unfortunately, the quality has declined recently, and after the fourth time my order was incorrect, I decided to call. I spoke with the manager, who then passed the phone to another gentleman I had never met. I’m familiar with many of the employees because I visit so often, but I had no idea who he was and he was very rude.
I took a break from ordering food and recently stopped in for just a tea. While there, I spoke with the manager again and learned that the gentleman who was rude to me was actually the owner. I was shocked and disappointed. I could not believe the owner would speak to a customer that way.
Because of this experience, I will no longer visit any of his locations (Biloxi, Gulfport, and Ocean Springs).

Terrible customer service. Huge McAlister’s fan. App inaccurately sent my order to ocean springs store, I called within seconds to cancel and they said it would be taken care of. After multiple months of getting multiple managers to agree to refund me the money as they said it would be no problem as I called to cancelled seconds with realizing the app sent it to the wrong store. Since it has no taken then so long, one of them managers said you should just take your loss. Came in person to another manager saying it’s my fault for ordering on the app and he basically has better things to do. He did make it known this is a franchise so I would consider funding this location that does not care one bit about their customer.

I eat at this location regularly. I order online and usually have modifications, and they get my order correct every time! My food is always ready when I get there, and the staff is so friendly. They even wrote me a hand written card for being a loyal customer. It’s rare to see hand written notes these days, and that was a sweet gesture. This staff deserves a nice Christmas bonus

I love this location. Every thing I have ordered has been very good. Today I sat in and was impressed with the care of the employees who offered to refill my drink, they checked on me while eating, very good service and the salads are perfect. Love the lettuce blend used, but also the toppings. Fresh, and beautiful. Thank you OS McAlisters!!

My husband mistakenly placed on online order at this location instead of the pascagoula location.
We immediately called this store to cancel our order and to not prepare our food, as we had ordered at the wrong location, which they responded saying that they would not make the order and that they would give us a refund.
They have yet to refund us for our order. We have been in contact with them for months now trying to receive our refund. We have called and emailed back in forth with management at this location I can’t even count how many times. They have given false promises over and over that our money would be returned. We finally went in store today only to get blown off AGAIN and to not receive our money. Beware.

This place has great food,great service, and the place is kept clean. The parking lot desperately needs to be repaved and that is why the 4-star.
