Great hospitality, great service and great food. I had some of the best fish n chips I’ve ever had in my life. They are absolutly delicious. We had fish n chips, conch salad, cracked conch and fried shrimp. All of it was great! So good we came 2 nights in a row.

I would rate this restaurant a 3.5 star. The staff was very kind. The food was service HOT, which was great because I do not like cold food. The fritters came in a timely manner.
However, our food took sometime to receive. And when we did receive it we received one to two dishes at a time. So some of our party was done eating while waiting on the others to receive and eat their food.
The food was hot and filling, but very blend. There was no seasoning whatsoever. I was really expecting to eat some authentic Bahamas food, and I don’t think we got it here.

I knew we wanted to go to Arawak Cay for lunch, our driver suggested Twin Brothers. Fabulous suggestion. We sat out front, had huge frozen cocktails. I had the fried whole snapper, my husband had the fried conch, and our driver had the jerk chicken. Huge portions, and amazingly delicious. Professional service.

We only had a few hours in Nassau but wanted to try the local cuisine, so Twin Brothers was a good option for us. We were warned that the conch salad was made fresh and could take up to 45 minutes, but it ended up only taking about 15. The salad was good, but the cracked conch was the real star. It was fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous!

We are never disappointed when we visit the fish fry area in Nassau. Tasty adult bevs and delicious seafood!! We ordered the conch fritters and fish&chips. Both plates came out hot and full of flavor. They paired nicely with our Miami Vice cocktails!

First time trying Conch fritters here and they were amazing! If you’re looking for authentic Bahamian food, I definitely recommend Twin Brothers. The food was really good, though the service could be improved.
The atmosphere has a local, laid-back vibe, which is part of the charm. Heads up for non-locals: if you’re staying in Downtown or Paradise Island, be prepared to pay for taxi service to get there it can be pricey, so negotiate upfront before heading to the Fish Fry.
Overall, a great spot for delicious Bahamian food and a local experience.

I dined in at Twin Brothers in January 2026 and sat outside, which was very pleasant.
I ordered the fried fish (Bahamian Snapper), which came with two sides. I chose Peas ’n Rice and salad.
The good:
The fish was excellent, very flavorful, cooked perfectly, and served completely hot, which I really appreciated.
The salad was outstanding. Honestly, it was one of the freshest salads I’ve had in a long time. The vegetables tasted incredibly fresh; even fresher than what I usually get from grocery stores. I enjoyed the salad the most on the plate.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat much of the rice because it was too spicy for my taste, but that’s more of a personal preference.
The disappointing part: The menu listed the Bahamian Snapper as “market price,” so before ordering, I specifically asked the man working at the door what the price was. He clearly told me $30, and I ordered based on that.
When I went to pay, the cashier charged me $40. When I questioned it, they said something along the lines of: “How did the guy at the front tell you $30? He’s been working here for many years, he should know the price.”
That response was frustrating. I relied on the price I was told, and there was no effort to honor it or take responsibility for the misinformation.
Because of this situation, and since a service fee was already added, I chose not to leave an additional tip, even though I originally intended to tip generously.
Overall, food quality, especially the fish and salad, was excellent, and the outdoor seating made for a pleasant experience. However, the pricing confusion and the way it was handled significantly hurt the overall impression. I hope management improves communication around pricing so future customers don’t have a similar experience.
