Omggggggggg This fully loaded “Homewrecker Burrito” was the most delicious burrito I ever tasted!!!! Loaded with Mac n cheese, smoked sausage, pulled pork, baked beans and cheese. My mind was blown to taste such an explosion of flavors!!!!!

The staff was super friendly, establishment was clean. Being the pandemic is still going they have seating spaced accordingly. We ordered the Twice Baked Potato, one had pork with sweet BBQ sauce, and the other was steak. Made fresh to order and had really good flavor. They have a stage so its a possibility they have live entertainment. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Man what!!?? Best food I’ve had in Opelika in a long time. No shade to all of the other restaurants we frequent but TWICE BAKED is hands down the best feel good, sit down, stand up… however you wanna eat it restaurant I’ve come across in a while. Do yourself the favor and GO. We’ve had the Philly Chicken/Steak, the homemade potato chips in many flavors, Mac n cheese, smoked wings that’ll make you reach back and slap the ancestors, chili dogs, chicken salad, crazy corn… the list goes on because we can’t stay away. Did I forget to mention the fresh baked bread and buns? I love it here.

Great deal on lunch 2 pulled pork sandwiches for only $3.50. Slow kitchen aside, the meat was delicious and tender. I hope to try more variety and report more fully but I am happy to see this BBQ has opened

The first time We came here we had high hopes but when we walked into the large and empty dining room that had a bar on one side of the room and a counter at the back but no one greeted us and there was no signage to indicate where to order. We stood in the middle of the large room and made eye contact with several of the employees but still no one bothered to even so much as smile in our direction so we left to find somewhere else to eat.
The next time we came back it was a completely different and amazing experience! We were greeted from across the room and felt welcome to be there. The food was nothing short of awesome. I got the pulled pork potato and the crazy corn as a side dish AND WOW. The staff was tentative and offered to refill our drinks and if we needed anything a few times. It was truly a great experience and completely different than the first one. We are so glad we came back and tried it again, it is great food at a fair price.

What a treat! I didn’t know this restaurant was there, we happened to be in the area and made the find. We had a good conversation with the owner and his daughter about the origin of the restaurant. It was a really good experience. Can’t wait to try some of the other menu offerings.
