I just don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be real good. It used to have reasonable food prices with a good amount of food. This time I was shocked that it was 96 dollars for 3 orders of chicken Alfredo a small cheese pizza and a salad. Ok prices went up no big deal. But when we opened up our containers it seems that they doubled the price but now give half the food. There was barely any noodles In it. The portions have gotten very skimpy. It sucks that prices have went up but don’t raise you price and give the customer half as much. That wasnt the only issue the side salads that came with it were wilted and old with mostly rotted lettuce. It really is too bad because we order from here every time we come in town to visit our family which is about 2 to 3 times a month. I hate to see these places that used to be good go bad.

* Cheese Sticks – these were the best cheese sticks we’ve had! Each had an abundant amount of mozzarella, the perfect portion of breading, and cooked to perfection.
Chicken Alfredo – an excellent blend of freshly-cooked chicken, mixed with the ideal amount of Alfredo sauce.
Pepperoni Roll – blended with the perfect amount of pepperoni and mozzarella, I added sausage, onions, and jalapenos that made the perfect mix.
Service – Sandy came to see us so often, we thought she was part of our party. Always very polite, even playing along with my sarcasm, great service.
Price & Value – outstanding value, especially for the amounts provided.
Final Verdict – no doubt, this is the best Italian restaurant in Azle!

EDIT!- I visited Tuscanys again today for some pizza! I took my frenchie for the ride, and whom I am assuming is the owner, was so sweet to me. He made conversation then GAVE me my pizza without payment , for my kiddos . He has asked if I had any, and I responded 2. Little does he know I had the worse day today , and really shouldn’t have been spending cash on eating out. plus! my kiddos are 17 and 21 HAHA! I told them anyway, like he said – that its from/on the pizza man !!!! Thanks for making my day. I REALLY WISH YALL ALL THE BEST AND WILL BE BACK SOON! DELICIOUS . AUTHENTIC. ITALIAN

Love, love, love it! We started with the garlic cheese bread. It was awesome! I could order only that and be perfectly happy. The hubby (who doesn’t care for Italian food) ordered the lasagna and loved it! I ordered the chicken Parm and somehow managed to eat it all after eating a ton of bread and a salad! It was too good not to finish! We were very pleased with everything and the hubby was very happy that his tea was never empty! We’ll definitely be going back!

Very disappointed. Food was not good. Meatballs tasted like pre frozen meat. Wife had the baked ziti. Sauce seemed to be ragu. Was not worth anywhere near 32.00.

Horrible service. Leann spent the better part of an hour staring off into space while we waited for our food. didn’t even call in our apitizer until we had to flag down another waitress to ask about it. then suddenly half our food was ready at the same time the apitizer was. my food came out 10 minutes after the rest of my family’s. the food was great but I feel like I should have bin paid to eat there with tonight’s service.

I always enjoy Tuscany’s! Tonight I had a new dish. It was awesome! Our server, Leanna, who’s only just started working at Tuscany’s, did a great job and she was so sweet and attentive. Do yourself a favor and go to Tuscany’s for dinner!

I wasn’t expecting this place to be very good by outside appearance. Not that it was bad just not a typical looking Italian restaurant. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Best we’ve had in a long time. Great customer service as well. We had the manicotti. Highly recommend this place !!

Nick and the crew have always provided us with great food. We prefer their pizza, due to the crust. Their Arrabbiatta. with added shrimp, is always on point. Service is always friendly and relatively quick.
