We just moved to this area and came in for dinner. the caprese was so good we ordered a second one. I’m typically not a fan of toasted ravioli, there’s are good! We ordered fettuccini Alfredo for the baby, it was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. I know what I’m ordering when we go back. I had eggplant Parmesan it was very good. My son and husband had the chicken Jerusalem, they both said it was delicious. My daughter in law had the ravioli, again a hit. Then bread and dipping oil/herbs are a nice touch. Drinks were never empty. Parking out front. A wide selection on the menu. Big portions. Will save room for dessert next time.

I brought my friend from out of town and our girls here and it was my first visit as well.

We ordered: toasted ravioli, side salads, tortellini, I don’t recall the last dishes name- I think it was the combo pasta, and the cannoli
We received: bread/rolls and oil with capers and seasoning

My only complaints: I feel the oil could use some more flavor (I hate to compare it but Anthony’s oil is way better and maybe expecting that type of flavor in the oil is why it was so different). And my toasted ravioli came to the table very light in my opinion (however they tasted very good)

The combo pasta has manicotti, lasagna, and a ravioli on a bed of pasta and we chose the alla panna (sp??) which is the Alfredo and marinara mixed sauce. The sauce is definitely YUMMY. However I can’t say I would get that dish again on my own (I shared it with my daughter). The side salad was good and the toasted ravioli I would get again and ask for them to be a bit darker.

My friend and her daughter had the tortellini, side salad and cannoli and said she would get it all again.

Our server was aware of the menu and made suggestions which is always helpful and appreciated.

I would definitely return.

3.5 stars if Google would allow it.

My family and I have lived in Blue Springs for a while now and never gotten around to eating at Tuscany. When we first pulled up the parking lot was full and in this town that is good because we have zero good places to eat.

As you first walk into restaurant you could see that the owners took the time to make the reaturant look like the outdoor seating of an an Italian Bistro in Italy. It was very cute and was done very tastefully. My first and really only of two complaints is that the waitress running tables was also the hostess and that made for about a 10 minute wait at the front door before we were greeted. After being set things picked up and our service was good. Dinner was good, but not amazing. That is hard with Italian food in my eyes as there is only a few places in the metro that do it perfectly. The bread could use a little less oil and the salad a little more toppings, but our main courses were for sure above the Olive Gardens of the world. Keep it up Tuscany.

Overall I think that we would revisit Tuscany.

This was a mediocre experience, sadly. The bread they brought out was cold and stiff. I requested light sauce on my pizza; was told my Anna they don’t over sauce the pizza, so she didn’t even bother to ask for light sauce. It came out with far too much sauce so I requested it be remade. (Very good cheese pizza, and calzone, though there was far too much unseasoned ricotta!)

The bowl in the photos I posted is their alla Panna sauce. We’ve never been here before, so we asked to try a small sample of it to just taste. Not only did they charge us ($3) for the small amount that they brought, but it tasted like SpaghettiOs….

Anna, the waitress, also didn’t seem to really have any answers for any of our questions. It being our first time there, we had questions about what her favorite things are, or how something tastes, but it was always “oh, it tastes good! It’s better than anything else I have had.” This really doesn’t help someone choose what they might like to eat.

Overall a very underwhelming and disappointing experience.

Food was amazing. Large portions and tasted so good. The garlic bread that they bring to start with, came out warm and soft. Server was attentive and had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

This is my daughter’s favorite place to go out to eat. She loves the fried ravioli and pink lemonade. The food is delicious and the wait staff is remarkably kind and attentive.

During Christmas, they had a tree with little presents for the kids who came in. The owner (I assume?) always comes out and makes a big deal about saying hello to my daughter. He always addresses her as ‘Little Princess’ and she absolutely loves it.

It’s a comfortable little neighborhood restaurant with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and thoughtful people working there.

First time here… Delightful dinner, began with crab stuffed mushroom caps and fresh, warm rolls with garlic and oil for dipping — all fresh and tasty, flavorful but not too salty. Main entree’s hot, fresh, generous portions, lobster stuffed ravioli with shrimp was perfect. Chocolate layer cake for dessert was decadent and more than enough for us to share. Pleasant, helpful server AND health and safety practices were observed, satisfying dining concerns. Would definitely recommend. Will return again next time in the KC area.

Bread – soft with lots of garlic. Not warm.
Calamari- it was okay. Nothing special to write about. Luke warm.
Baked Ziti with Italian sausage- Entire dish was luke warm. Sausage is not very flavorful- also a $4 up charge. Sauce was just meh. Overall the dish was mediocre.
Chicken Palermo- Entire dish cold. Chicken is extremely flat/salty. Sauce was was meh. My husband tried mine and said it was “disgusting and colder than mine.”
Service- Our server was nice. Somewhat quiet. No pre-bussing done. No refills offered. Just meh in the service too.

One of the owners — Frankie— (overheard his name at another table) never came to our table to check on us. Greeted others though. Very off putting to us since he never came to our table.

In our opinion go to V’s off 40. Way better. Similar pricing. Unfortunately, this was our first and last time here.

After searching reviews on the Kc food Facebook page, it was recommended to come to this amazing restaurant! I am glad I took the opportunity to visit this fine establishment! I had the Trio which consists of ravioli, lasagna and cheese manicotti. I also had a side Caesar salad and side of Italian sausage. This entire meal was full of wonderful flavor, the food was fresh! The bread they give you before the meal was warm and fresh! The total was $26 plus tip and it was worth it! I couldn’t wait to post this great review about this amazing family restaurant! I travel a lot and I’m very honest when leaving reviews. I recommend Tuscany’s Italian Restaurant if you like really good fresh food, friendly staff and clean facilities this is a go to!!
