Traveling through we decided to stop and I am very glad we did. I enjoyed the interior design very much it just made me smile. They have a ton of food choices and alpt of the items have their own personal twist on them. They have HUGE portions and everything was packed with flavor. Everything we ordered tasted amazing. The loaded fries with steak on them are top notch. The salad is far from some regular everyday salad. The only issue we had was our teen waitress and teen boy who worked there could not stop flirting and chatting, which for the most part we thought was adorable, until we were thirsty for 30 min and praying he would leave for the day. It was sweet and all we just got thirsty. All in all it was a great experience and we definitely recommend. They food and portions are above par.

The service is really great. The wait staff was friendly. They were quick to come to drinks, and when we needed refills. It wasn’t too busy, which is nice. Very generous with the portion sizes. The house salad is amazing. The food came out fairly quick for the number of people we had. The restaurant and bathroom are clean.

Best salad in town!!! Service is always pleasant and quick with a smile. Throw a penny into turtle pond and make a wish! Recommend half price margarita days (Saturday + Wednesday).

This place has gone so far down hill. Been here twice in the last few months and cant believe how average the food is, let alone misleading. Couldn’t find our server at one point. Do not recommend.

Large facility with a separate bar area.
Many seating options including booths and tables for all size of parties.
I had the Romano chicken sandwich and it was a huge piece of chicken.
It came with a salad and I picked fries as my side, but there were many options.
My husband had a pork chop either dinner or platter. Again it was huge there were three breaded pork tenderloin. He ended up eating the salad the baked potato and one pork tenderloin and bringing the other two home.
Good service. Would definitely visit again.

Unfortunately the food was pretty tasteless. Our waitress on the other hand, was on point with everything.

Bit pricy but you’ll get what you’re paying for. Like any other restaurants there’re always in house deals.
Good spacing and arrangement. Customer service is great too (except for one that appeared to have a bad day, I thought for a second others are noticing that too. A friendly face when passing by tables always leaves better impression that looking at the floor, looking disturbed).
Didn’t figure out if free wifi is available, saw few networks and tried connecting but wouldn’t go through all the ways.
Will sure visit this place again as Morris is good town with warm people, easy to approach and talk to. If you’re visiting this town perhaps there aren’t great many fun things to do but sure worth discovering the general culture and local businesses like Turtles Tap.
I especially like the vintage look with the kerosene lanterns deco hung on the wall, a barrel and few other things within this building. It is indeed a family friendly place as much as older populations I saw.
Service wait time could take longer however, surprising given fewer customers (3 Jan 2022 dinner). Just like any other business, there’s always room for improvements but with my experience this place is already going amazing. Worth the visit.
