Horrible service Seagirt location — we walked out.
We came in on Thursday, January 15 at around 10:00 a.m. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only a couple of tables occupied. Despite the place being mostly empty, the hostess seated us directly next to another table, which wasn’t ideal, but we didn’t complain.
From that point on, no one ever came to our table. Staff members repeatedly looked over at us, yet no one acknowledged us or offered service. One waitress stood behind the counter on the phone, while another chatted with a table that was leaving. At one point we thought someone was finally coming to help us, but a waiter walked right past without stopping.
After the chatting customers left, we assumed service from that waitress would finally begin. Instead, the waitress went and began talking with the employee behind the counter. A new group of customers then came in and appeared to know the waitress. They were seated immediately, given water right away, and had their order taken on the spot — all while we were completely ignored.
That’s when we decided to leave. On our way out, I asked if the woman at the counter working on a laptop was the manager. She was. I explained why we were leaving, and both she and the other employee simply stared at us.
Clearly, no one is managing this place, and no one is providing proper service. I don’t mind paying $75 for breakfast, but the service needs to match the prices. Unfortunately, it didn’t. We won’t be back.

Polite, friendly service. Clean, inviting environment. Fun music ( not too loud for 8 am). Good, quick food. Hot coffee (and HOT SYRUP!). No disdain that I was paying with a gift card for 2 free meals, and taking 1 togo- super accommodating and bonus points bc that’s not a great table to get on a Sunday morning. kudos Joshua

Very nice place for breakfast. Kristian is such an amazing guy. Food was just on point, Delicious and fresh. Try the Popeye skillet with over easy eggs. Also the power grain pancakes tasted just perfect. Kristian recommended the Jamaican blue mountain blend french press coffee and it met my expectations. Service was good and nice staff. I highly recommend this branch of The Turning Point

How lucky was I to have such an awesome experience! I came in with my grandma for her 84th birthday and it was the perfect breakfast thanks to our awesome server Lauren! we told her to surprise us with what entrees we were getting and she definitely delivered! She seemed to be busy but she was still so attentive to us and chatted with us as much as she possibly could!
