I understand it being a holiday and all but it took so long for my order to arrive. It was also either way over cooked or it had been sitting out for a long time. The tots also were still basically frozen and practically no toppings on it. 100% disappointed. Couldn’t eat it at all the whole thing went in the trash.

What is the point of tracking your pizza order from start to finish if they don’t follow through & notify you(via text) that your pizza is ready for p/u? I sat in the Dominoes parking lot for 10 minutes waiting for that notification, which never came, and I went home with a lukewarm pizza. The website is also non-responsive except for the actual ordering of the pizza.

Was very sad with dominos tonight. Took them a long time to get anything. I got a pizza and pasta. The pasta and pizza both almost had none existent tomato sauce and smelled weird. I had to open a bottle of marinara sauce to pour on everything just to make it somewhat taste better

This dominos is amazing! I’ve only lived in montrose for a month now and I’ve been here a several occasions and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful every single time. Tonight was another night of ordering out and I didn’t realize I ordered to my old address in Gunnison at 11:30 pm and I walked over to pick up my order from the Montrose location and they didn’t have it due to me not double checking which location I was having it sent to…. Oops. Brandon was working the register when I came in at 11:54 and was more than happy to get my order placed correctly instead of telling me it was closing time. This right here is what I call customer service at its finest. Brandon could’ve told me no because technically it was my fault for sending my order to the wrong store but instead he sent my order back and was nothing but pleasant and sweet to me and that is something I will always remember and meant so much to me. Thank you Montrose Dominos!! Now we won’t be hungry tonight, you guys rock!!!

I ordered a thin crust pizza. What I received was a pizza that was cracker thin. Was not hot. Not enjoyable at all. My 8 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. Should have known something was wrong when we received within 15 minutes from time of phone order.

I always ordered dominos pizza when I wanted pizza and everytime I would ask for extra extra cheese, willing to pay extra of course. And they have always done it for me with no problems. Except yesterday went to dominos pizza and went in to place our normal order like all other times. First she told us that the price went up on the pizza which I expected it would like everywhere else, but then she tells us that we can’t have extra extra cheese on our pizza. I thought she misunderstood at first so I told her that we pay extra for the extra cheese and she said she realizes that but they can’t do it. My mouth literally dropped. First thing they raised the price on the pizza by $2.00 and then you say we can’t have our pizza the way we want it??! What happened to the customers getting their food the way we want it?! I could understand if the prices went down!! So I will take my money and business to a place that allows us to have what we want how we want it. That is so @#$_&- up to raise your prices and then tell customers they can’t have their pizza the way they want it. So much for customers being the top priority to a business!!
