This was our first time here and we loved it! Will definitely be back. I got the G.O.A.T. omelet and my husband made his own omelet. The food and coffee was delicious, cozy atmosphere, and great service!

The food was really good and the prices were average for a brunch. Probably the only criticism was that we had to wait twenty five minutes with it raining outside and there’s a small waiting area. A tad bit annoying that there was at least six seats open in the front, and about six tables open, and we still had to wait.

I always have a good experience here! I really enjoy the food. The hostess, Kailee, was really nice! And so was the server, Prim! Prim was super sweet and attentive.

The egg Benedict is well cooked and I like the pop seed. House cold brew has the “oxidized flavor” too strong. It comes in a jar enough for two people. The space is relatively quieter than other breakfast space.

Do not go here if you can’t eat gluten. I ordered a gluten free meal, to which they said they could accommodate. I realized halfway through it was not gluten free and now I’m extremely sick. The staff were very friendly, but it seems allergies aren’t taken seriously here.
The food wasn’t great either, but the coffee was good.

I stopped here after a recommendation from a nearby Dr office. I ordered the standard breakfast with two eggs, bacon, potatoes and pancakes. Food was barely warm. Bacon was cooked crispy, which I liked. Pancakes were flat and dry. Potatoes were cold and hard. Eggs were cooked as requested. Staff were friendly and checked if you needed anything. Bill was just over $20 with coffee. All-in-all, there are better places if you’re in the mood for a good breakfast. This place is ok.

Definitely never coming back here. Came for Mother’s Day brunch. Food took forever to come out. When it finally came, the southern chicken waffles had bacon although we had asked to get the order made without the bacon. We sent the food back to which the server said “ughh” and stomped off and brought back the same plate with less bacon pieces less than 5 minutes later (picture attached). Throughout all of this, the cutlery for the other order was still never given. We had also asked for an additional plate which was not given to us. Terrible service.

This turning point branch needs improvement for sure. I should not have to inspect my food at a respectable restaurant.

We’ve been there two times and they somehow failed both times. Each time the only response we received was a half hearted apology from the manager, which I held responsible.

The first time our order arrived an hour late. The second time we went there I ordered a cross-fit omelette which was supposed to be vegetarian. I found bacon pieces in it while eating. Manager confirmed and apologized. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I am really disappointed this happened at a TurningPoint branch. I expect quality from them to the point that I trust them. Why would I have to inspect my food. Ruins the experience even though they remade my omelette.

Otherwise, the waiters were super nice, atmosphere is good. Music is meh! Coffee is too dark even though we ordered a special flavored one.

Probably won’t be returning this brach. As I said I keep the manager responsible for these issues.

My first visit here was enjoyable. I had eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce was delicious. I had the bowl of Fruit instead of potatoes. Some of the grapes had started to go bad but considering it’s winter, it was decent. My service was very good and pleasant too. There will be a return visit when I’m in the area.

This was honestly the worst breakfast spot, maybe even restaurant I’ve ever been to. My friends and I went to this restaurant to try something new around us and it was not a pleasant experience at all. I wasn’t going to write a review about it as my other friend wrote a review already but we all went home and got sick from the food we were served here.

The glasses that were on the table were nasty they looked like they were reused from other guests and never washed. Silver wear was dirty and just handed to us, not in a napkins just handed to us. The pancakes were either burnt or raw or both at the same time. There was a fly in my friend’s drink. The ketchup had some nasty black stuff around the rim. The bacon was so over cooked it would crumble into pieces and could just be snapped in half. The water jugs had stuff floating around in it. We were given hot water that smelled like coffee was light brown as if we were given a coffee pot that was never washed and hot water was just added on top. The eggs were like rubber and just over cooked and nasty. And not to mention when we got our food it was cold, the butter on our pancakes and waffles wouldn’t even melt that’s how cold the food was. The only semi good things that we got were the potatoes and the waffle.

After receiving food we asked to speak with a manager and she seemed to be more worried about showing the cooks our meal rather than talking to us. She just took our plates said she would be back and never came back. Instead she sent another waitress and our original waitress over. Our waitress and the other waitress were very nice and understanding about the situation and apologized to just multiple times but that is nothing for them to be sorry about, the manager should. We ended up only having to pay for our drinks but it just feels as if the manager should’ve apologized and make her staff do it for her as it is not their problem it’s hers. The last problem we had was a staff member who decided to keep peeking over at our table giving us dirty looks after complaining about our experience. When it was time to leave and pay she kept walking through my friends and myself without saying excuse me. It was to the point where we had to say to her say excuse me don’t just push through us.

Overall this was not a good experience at all and I would never recommend this place to anyone especially after how all our stomachs are feeling.
