Our menu features modern takes on classic Wisconsin Supper Club dishes including locally sourced steaks, pork chops, fish fry, trout and hand-made pastas. Had our 43rd Anniversary dinner there. Had some great risotto and Italian beef sandwich, after some VERY good cheese curds. Mara, who was still.in training, was our server and did a fabulous job. They even gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Will definitely be back with friends from out of town.

What a fun impromptu Friday Night Fish Fry! I had a limited amount of time, but wasn’t discouraged from waiting my turn for a spot barside.
Solo dining is just fine here with its uber-friendly staff and neighborly clientele, like Cheers!

I planned our company holiday party at Turn Key and it was an amazing experience. Maggie was responsive, extremely helpful, and answered all my questions. It was so nice having someone help me plan the menu and figure out the details instead of on my own. The space itself is sooooo moody and vibey in the evening. We had ~28 guests and the space was plenty large. We wanted an option for a sit down dinner and there was space to set up the tables to accommodate for that. The bartender Bryan was nice, quick, and did a great job hosting all of us. We had some allergies and Maggie and the chefs did an amazing job accommodating everything which was very appreciated! The food was good, we had the mediterranean platter with falafel and the risotto as our mains. The grilled broccoli was so good, tasted like roasted brussels sprouts! Overall, a great experience for a good price. I’d love to come back and do another hosted party and i’m sure plenty of us will want to come and dine downstairs sometime. Thank you so much!

We were really excited to try Turn Key for the first time. Walking in, the atmosphere and smell made us even more excited. We checked in at 5:35 for our 6:00 reservation, a little early but we were happy to wait. It’s a supper club afterall, have a drink and relax. Well, we sat on a hard wooden bench right in front of the hostess desk for 40 minutes. No one so much as made eye contact with us as other people came and went. Finally, at 6:15, I asked how our table was coming. Turns out, they somehow “lost” us and gave our table away. What happened next was even crazier! They went and removed two people they seated ahead of us and sent them elsewhere. I felt so bad for them, even though I was annoyed about our wait. The fact that no one noticed us sitting there patiently right under their nose was amazing. On to dinner. Our waitress was very nice and helpful with the menu. Unfortunately, we never saw her again from ordering, until the wrap-up/check. The only people we saw were the kitchen help who delivered our meals, and someone who finally delivered my first (and only) Coke halfway thru my meal. Not sure I’ve ever been to a restaurant that didn’t at least give a cursory “is everything alright?” check. Too bad, because they didn’t bring me the side of aoli I ordered (but it made the bill!). My wife’s salmon was decent. She said the sweet potato puree and mushrooms were very good! My steak frites, however? Awful. I realize steak frites is the bottom of the line for steaks. I wasn’t expecting a ribeye, but this was the least flavorful piece of meat I’d ever been served. It was cooked correctly (medium) but there was no way it had ANY seasoning, no good char like a steak frites usually has, no garlic butter or any of this dish’s usual touches. Just a slab of bland steak. The fries and creamed chard were decent at least. Overall, very, very disappointing date night. The place is cool and the people were nice enough, but the entire experience made us never want to go again.

I highly recommend this restaurant. We stopped by to see if we could get a reservation on a Friday night. They were able to work us in. The food was very good. I ordered Friday night fish fry, which was deep fried haddock, a popover, coleslaw and french fries. All of the food was cooked perfectly. My fiance ordered a prime rib sandwich and it far exceeded his perfection. The reason for taking time to write this review is due to the service. Every single employee was so friendly and the service was exceptional. The hostess, the wait staff, the bartenders, etc. We also had drinks at the bar and they were amazing! The ambiance was very nice. We were seated at a table with a candle and away from other diners. Thank you, Turn Key!

Came here with work colleagues. I enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the bar area. Good cocktails, appetizers were good, but everyone who ordered steak felt it could have been seasoned better and charred, despite being cooked to how we ordered it. I’ve heard that their burgers are the go-to item there, so I’ll try one of those when I’m back!
Overall I would most certainly return to Turn Key in the future!

First time at Turn Key did not disappoint. The food was incredible as was the cozy atmosphere on a cold, winter night. I have a black pepper allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate my restriction, advising exactly what was possible down to each menu item. This was unexpected, and truly the sign of a restaurant that cares about their customers not only on the night we were there, but for future visits as well. Well done Turn Key! We’ll be back, especially for the cheese curds, burgers, walleye and drinks.

Had a great meal – Got the fish fry and the ravioli, as well as the cheese curds and pork belly for appetizers. The food and atmosphere were great. We received great service from Tanner; I loved his serving style and the way he seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Tanner maintained prompt and detailed service throughout the entire night, while keeping a very friendly persona.
