We had a good experience at Tumeric Indian Restaurant! We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Coconut Curry. Both dishes were flavorful, but I especially enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala—it was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced.
It happened to be my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a scoop of Indian ice cream as a gift, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The service was warm and attentive .

Momos are great! More chicken stuffing than I expected. To be honest not as great texture and appearance as my fave from the old place BUT I havent tried all the types of momos here yet so we will see..
The lunch curry special was healthy and authentic, excellent. I couldn’t really taste the coconut in the “goat coconut curry” so maybe next time I want something rich I will go with butter chicken or find a creamy extra sauce.
Breads are great but do get cold really fast even in the foil. And they are meant to hold together for eating, not the fall-apart kind

First time coming down from North Georgia. The food and service were top notch. I had the tiki masala shrimp. The sauce was a great balance of curry and creamy texture. I did order it extra hot.. tbh was not that spicy… We also ordered the dumplings in a sauce – I thought they were steamed but came out fried.. little disappointed, but I could have very easy ordered the wrong thing… Not to fret although they were fried they were still really good..

The food was very delicious. The server understood our preferred spice level and ensured that we had a wonderful dining experience. The owner is very friendly, and the portion sizes were generous. Highly recommend this place if you want to experience authentic food in Kennesaw.

WARNING: Turmeric is (quite possibly) the BEST Indian restaurant in all of Atlanta. We order to-go from Turmeric all the time and have never been disappointed. Today was actually the first day I picked up from Turmeric (we usually get delivery), and it was so cool to see the restaurant and meet the staff.
This is 100% clearly, a very authentic Indian restaurant, and seems to be a family/locally owned establishment. The staff is SO friendly and cool. There’s even a small bar with a TV at the front – the person working up front chatted soccer (football) with me and gave me a heads up that Messi (Miami) was playing Atlanta United tonight.
My wife gets the Butter Chicken and says it’s the best she’s ever had. I typically try to get something new each time, and am never disappointed. Today I got the Goat Mutton Vindaloo (extra spicy) and it’s definitely my new favorite dish.
The chicken Biriyani, the garlic naan, roti, rice, and every other accompaniment is outstanding. If you eat here you will not be disappointed. The best!!
Note: the pictures are from a takeout order, so keep that in mind. I have no doubt that the dishes “in house” are delivered with great care and attention. Regardless, the food is truly terrific.

We heard Turmeric Indian Restaurant was owned and operated by a local family and had to check it out. The food is so fresh and absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere. Very clean restaurant. Soothing music. And most of all, great staff! We started off with vegetable samosas and the sauces were tremendous. I ordered the Chicken Saag and my wife ordered Lamb Vindaloo. Both were out of this world. The portions will not leave you hungry. We took plenty home with us for a delicious lunch the next day. Enjoy your visit!
