Something was quite iff with the place when I approached it they didn’t even seem to want to acknowledge me. The vibe from the owner/ manager was off and the person making the food was basically just kind of a puppet being told by the cashier how to do everything without doing it himself. I wanted to provide this context and now explain my experience. I Ordered regular sandwich on hoagie , 12.95 the picture showed like 5-6 slices of meet on it. When I got it and took a bite it tasted only like very airy bread. I looked in my sandwich across like a 10 inch hoagie they put like 2-3 slices of meet on it like you could barely tell if it was a turkey sandwich and only taste bread w/veggies. The mayo or mustard could even be tasted like this was by far the most sorry sandwich ever. Now I don’t easily say this but there was some kind of discrimination and after seeing past reviews looks like I didnt get that vibe only. Also I went up to ask them about why so little meat their excuse was your hoagie bread is big. That response amazed me like why don’t you make things proportional. Anyways I said I would like to pay for the extra meat and had my card ready to swipe. The owner/ cashier just gave me a wave like no worries I got you and acted like he was honoring my concern without charge. I thanked him for it but later on I check my statement and he charged me 8 more dollars on my initial charge for 3 more slices of turkey lmao! Be careful unless you can’t eat anything else in the mall avoid this one because not all people are treated equally, which is somewhat of a common occurrence from the past reviews.

The best place to come to for salad and turkey sandwiches. Customer service is amazing. Food is always fresh. I travel all the way here from New York City just to get this . If I could leave more than five stars I would.

Nov. 30th. I wanted to order a salad after the 11 am opening time. The worker was chopping vegetables and told me curtly , “ We aren’t ready yet.” Everything I needed for my salad was already out but he couldn’t be bothered to take my order.in a situation like the food court , where there is so much competition thet need to be ready to hit the ground running at 11 am. Absolutely. The best salad, the best food be freshest. The nicest people. I come all the way From New York just to eat here. And I have never, ever been disappointed. I’ve never had a salad pressure in my life. And this place has customers with me and my wife for life. The owner is super nice and so the employees we love this place

For a food court, this was one of the better and healthier options. I ordered a “make your salad” where you can choose your protein—I picked shrimp—along with four sides and the type of salad. While the lettuce wasn’t the freshest, the shrimp were quite large. I asked for the salad dressing on the side, and they were generous with the amount provided. The service was fine; the staff didn’t engage much but were polite.

The woman put such a small amount of ingredients in my salad. Not even a half cup. When I asked for more lettuce and more than the teaspoon of cheese she told me she could charge me extra. I said never mind and did not buy. However, the white woman behind me she basically doubled everything in her salad. Double the portion of what she was trying to put in mine and charged her regular price. Very biased. Will never patronize this place again.
