The sushi was delicious. Everything was fresh. The toro toro roll was packed with goodness. The Lion King roll came on a hot skillet. The popcorn shrimp was crunchy and perfectly made. My son tried it for sushi for the first time and he fell in love with it. Definitely recommend this place.

If I’m spending my money eating out these days I want that food to be delicious. This is a small restaurant…not a party atmosphere by any means but where you are going to get high quality, delicious sushi and sashimi. The habanero masago is out of this world! We have never been disappointed. The price is what you’d expect to pay for quality sushi but also beyond reasonable. They offer awesome lunch specials and half rolls now too!

Tuna Time is hands down my favorite sushi spot. The quality and flavor honestly don’t even compare to other sushi places in town. Every time I try a different restaurant, I immediately regret it because I wish I was eating at Tuna Time instead.
The rolls are always fresh, perfectly made, and packed with flavor. My absolute favorite roll is the Red Bull it’s seriously the best. If you’re a sushi lover, this place is a must. I’ll keep coming back every time.

They used to have outdoor seating at this restaurant which I really liked. Now it’s only indoor. Unfortunately it’s fairly loud inside which I don’t really like. As well the staff are pretty nice for the most part, but last time we went there were two staff members who are very quiet and unattentive. The food is fantastic, but the staff not ever coming to our table was a little annoying. I did in fact enjoy the food though

The garlic edamame was tasty, but I think I prefer the original. Salmon sashimi was fresh and delicious. Can’t remember the name of the roll but reminded me of funnel cake with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Loved it the most I think. Would recommend this place.

You’ll find this place across the street from Yucaipa High School. Try the dancing shrimp. I’ve eaten at sushi places in Orange and LA counties, paid twice as much, but weren’t half as good. Try not to spread the word on this place. It’s so good, I want to keep it for myself.

I ordered the Shushimi Dinner Platter. Very well portioned. I was surprised because the Albacore was actually better than the salmon, especially because my favorite go-to sushi is salmon. Very clean restaurant, extremely friendly staff. Great for a late night craving.

Stopped in to Tuna Time Japanese sushi resturant,located in the community of Yucaipa,California, this evening and we were all once again totally pleased with the menu,selection,service and quality and presentation of the 6 sushi roll plates that we ordered! Servers are so courteous and helpful at Tuna Time.The Japanese cuisine is always excellent and freshly prepared! I’ve never had a negative eating experiance here.Lots of sushi,sashimi and Japanese food choices here.The sushi rolls are superb! And a great variety is offered at Tuna Time!
