All of the rolls were really tasty, they will substitute ingredients. My wife doesn’t like crab so they substituted veggies or cream cheese into the shrimp tempura roll.

I ordered the Shushimi Dinner Platter. Very well portioned. I was surprised because the Albacore was actually better than the salmon, especially because my favorite go-to sushi is salmon. Very clean restaurant, extremely friendly staff. Great for a late night craving.
