Customer service is amazing here! I just watched the manager walk around checking on all the customers and asking if she could refill coffee for a customer who is handicapped! Food is consistently good at this location, but the staff make all the difference!

Nat at Panera Bread is truly amazing. She knows me by name and always greets me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. It might seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and really brightens my day. Her kindness and consistency make Panera feel personal and welcoming every time I come in and she is there. 01/13/2026 @09 had the best service I have ever had at any Panera by far. Thanks to this one employee more then anyone. I think her name was mary fraze maybe, She took the time to make sure everyone and everything was running perfectly. If she isnt a lead manager then that is sad. Rarely ever disappoints. We got the green goddess and the pic 2 French onion soup and capris sandwich. Both were delicious as always. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I still gave them a 5 star on food because it was good but they were out of slice tomatoes for my sandwich. It happens still recommend this location and most paneras.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at the Fleming Island Panera. My elderly parents car broke down after lunch in their lot and they were very nice to them and took care of them. They even went so far to bring out Waters to make sure they’re okay till the tow truck arrived. I think the manager’s name was Mary and she was super sweet. That’s what I call being a good neighbor.

In the past I got Panera pretty regularly. I used to like the consistency, the comparatively fresh and healthy food. It was worth an extra few bucks. Stuff like this order is why I’ve basically stopped. Not at all as advertised – no balsamic glaze or garlic, barely any basil, a bare smattering of cheese and tomato, and a handful of chopped bag lettuce. Huge disappointment from a place that had already lost my confidence.

Got a drink to go and they only filled it 3/4 of the way. This is about the third time this has happened. Another two times I got my drink to go it was soured and warm.
Mind you I place my to-go order inside the store every time so there’s no reason for it to be warm when I grabbed at the moment they put it on the shelf.
Like I love the drinks but I feel like every time now there’s an issue with it.

Just went to this location today and I was so pleased with the service I received from Autumn and manager Jessica they helped me recreate the Italian steak and mozzarella sandwich that went out of season and was taken off the menu

Most pathetic meal we’ve experienced in quite some time. Only reason I gave 2 Stars was because the service was pleasant. No complaints there. The Chicken noodle soup was good but honestly nothing special. My husband got the Steak & Cheese sub and I got the Turkey & Avocado BLT. Total cost $28. Pics below. Judge for yourself. Personally, we won’t be back.
