Tried to have lunch here for Mothers Day with our small child. I ordered a pick two with a chicken Cesar salad, and a cup of macaroni. I also asked for extra dressing. The chicken on my salad was still frozen. The lettuce was wilted, and brown. The kitchen staff was laughing, and horse playing around. The lobby was full of dishes, and trash. This location has went very downhill over the past few months.

April 26th, I had the most awful experience at Panera Bread. I used to work here in 2015-2016 and the employees and managers were much better. The dining room attendant at 6pm was the only highlight of my experience. They were completely out of half of their items. Instead of using a magnet strip to cover what is not available anymore (like they once did), they did not communicate well between staff to get an accurate list of what was out. Then after we ordered, waited 10 min for our food, we were told the soup we had ordered was also out. I would of immediately left it informed at the beginning due to it being the only soft soup I could eat and I enjoyed. The manager did refund our meal but offered no apology (other then making us wait about 10-15 min for the refund as 3-4 employees went to go grab him) once I expressed my other concerns of lack of communication and a better method of showing items that were 86, I used to love this location and I will NEVER BE BACK. But to the dining room attendant who I didn’t catch her name, THANK YOU!

Customer service is always the worst. The food orders are never correct the first time. Today, I ordered a breakfast souffle. It was given to me in a PASTRY bag and shoved into a wadded up brown bag. I asked the server what is this? The server said we don’t have any boxes on this end, do you want me to get one? DUH ! She came back with a PASTRY box. I spoke with the manager, NICOLE, who was completely unconcerned. NOW I KNOW WHY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WOSRT, IT STARTS WITH THE MANAGER.
