Came for dinner on Valentine’s Day. Ordered a filet medium with a baked potato, salad, and added a side of grilled shrimp. I also ordered a Jameson and ginger to drink. The ONLY reason I am giving the food any stars is because my steak and salad were edible. My steak was med-rare which I’m okay with, and it was tender, but almost cold. My salad was good. My potato and shrimp were cold. Our server was polite, but she seemed so nonchalant about her customers and walked around so slow. I’m wondering how long she let my food sit in the kitchen before bringing it to me. Really disappointed as this was my first time eating here as it was a recommendation. I would only go back here to have a couple drinks because my drink was the best part of the whole meal.

What a fantastic “hole in the wall” tavern… tucked down a hill so interesting to get too. Two floors of seating, was greeted quickly and seated. Full bar available. Appetizers were quick and so was our meals. Jerrica took really good care of us, she was AWESOME! If you’re in the area of Hickory or Lenoir, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in! PS the burgers are HUGE and the Ribeye was phenomenal!! Well done friends!

We have been in Lenoir for 2 years and never noticed this little hidden gem! A true hole in the wall/locals kind of place. Food is amazing and portions are huge! The onions ring app was perfectly fried and the dipping sauce is addictive. Dakota suggested her favorite, ACP add peppers, mushrooms and onions. Delicious!!

Really cute little restaurant & tavern! I’ve been in Lenior for 3+ months and I never even knew this place existed until my mother in law suggested it to me. Me and a few friends went there tonight for dinner. I ordered 12 bone in wings, half medium and half sweet chili. They were the meatiest most juicy wings with perfect crispy skin. It was heavenly! Their sauces are great, I enjoyed the sweet chili so much though. I will most definitely be back!

I stopped here while working in Lenoir last year and got a late night bite and brews. When visiting with my family we thought to stop and check it out. It seems small and very bar like but the food was amazing along with the most friendly staff. Never avoid a place due to your impressions, absolutely love Tumbleweeds and will be back for work or family vacations.

This place is very neat and clean! Great food and cold beer! Nice range of food and appetizers! Love music and probably one of the beat burgers I have ever had! Have music and karaoke on certain nights. Can’t be busy and it ca be loud at times, but a fun atmosphere. Even for the kids

Decided to try after I heard good things about their wings. I got the 12 bone in wings with barbecue and a side of ranch.
These were the meatiest wings I have ever ordered from a restaurant! The order was ready before I arrived to pick it up and was hot and exactly what I ordered.
Definitely will be back to try some of the other flavors and menu items. The inside of the restaurant seems like a nice vibe for a tavern and would like to come back for the live music or other events they have!
