First time visit for a birthday evening out, and it was stellar! Several of us started out with their Espresso Martini which was delightful. We indulged the Braised Short Ribs, Chicken Fettuccine, Salmon, and an absolute winner the 26oz Bone-in Ribeye. How could I resist! It was seasoned perfectly, every bite had a wow factor. I’d ordered the garlic mashed potatoes to accompany it, and the presentation was amazing (potatoes that looked like pasta noodles). So creative! Everyone enjoyed their entrée choices. The atmosphere is upscale but casual enough. Our server was terrific which made for a lovely evening out. Prices seemed appropriate for some well prepared dishes. Will definitely look forward to a return visit!

We started with the calamari, which was to die for! I’ve tried a lot of calamari in my time, and this was by far the best. I ordered the 14-layer baked lasagna, and it was absolutely divine. My boyfriend had the braised short ribs with a side of linguine pesto, and everything was cooked to perfection.
Nothing but great things to say about this restaurant if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s a must!

Went to a Birthday party Friday night. First bad taste of fish on fried cheese log. My plate was greasy around the edge. I had the panko crusted chicken and linguine. Chicken was burnt, flat, dry and totally smothered with too much cheese, so as not to see it was burned. Marinara sauce had no flavor of Italian spices. The Birthday girls steak was not cooked to order. We had a party of 23 people. Not sure how others felt.

The food was amazing! Loved everything about it! Was a little sad that they don’t give birthday deserts anymore….saw that they did that and was pretty excited. My birthday is Christmas so I don’t usually make a big deal of it but I thought they would bring the birthday treat with the happy birthday written on it but I guess they don’t do that anymore? Anyways the food was great and the place was beautiful!

2 stars because the waitress was great. Unfortunatly, the food was not good at all. I had high hopes as the resturant is nice and the place was packed when we made a reservation. I had the chicken fettucinne which had no flavor at all. I was only able to take a couple of bites. My husband had the braised short ribs which were fatty and served with what looked like instant potatoes. Needless to say, we both left hungry 🙁

The food is just ok here for the price there are much better options. Also my guest had an issue with an overcooked steak. Even our server agreed it was cooked incorrectly, but the manager said it was at temperature which made it very awkward. Never have had a nice steakhouse not make the situation right. They never did anything to fix the situation like money off our bill or free dessert. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We celebrated my 75th bday with a party of nine. Our wonderful waitress was Michelle and she went out of her way to make this a memorable evening. The food was great (the braised short ribs were amazing!), the service was the best and we highly recommend Tula Bene for anyone celebrating any occasion!

Growing up in New Jersey, I’ve had some excellent Italian food. But the gluten and dairy free pasta dish that they put together for me was exquisite! It didnt necessarily remind me of dishes Ive had in the past, but it was flavorful and delicious. I will definitely be returning!
