Nice place to stop for a quick breakfast, food and service were both good.

I have changed my review after a few years based on the horrible drop off of service in the drive thru. It is consistently bad. Dining in is usually fine, however drive thru gets old food, missing food, wrong food and SLOW service. I’m posting 2 pics of my most recent adventure with Tudors. All the Beckley locations are badly dropping off in service and quality, this location and Daniels are especially bad. Contacting management only gets defensive attitude and questions about your legitimate claim and the grudging ‘ill add you to the book’ .

We stopped in to pick up dinner before work and an old woman was at the counter giving the cashier a hard time about a coupon. I have to say, your cashier never acted rude, she tried repeatedly to explain the coupon but the woman just wouldn’t listen. Once that was over and she took my order, she was smiling again and remained professional the whole time. As always, the food was great! Fresh fries and a hot sandwich is a great way to start the day! Thank you!!

We waited about 15 minutes to get our food which isn’t bad horrible but it’s not great especially when they bring you the wrong order after waiting so long. The food was mediocre at best and sat like a rock in the stomachs or everyone in my family. I’m pretty sure most of the 5 ⭐️reviews come from people who have never had real food. I would recommend not going there especially if you aren’t local to the area

My son and I were traveling on a cross country trip and stopped here at the recommendation of a former local. It appears there is a management issue. Extremely slow service. The car line was at least a 30 min wait while inside we waited for over 45 mins for two biscuits.

I was in town for work and I wanted to give this place a try. I didn’t do the drive through but I should have. It took alittle while for a togo order. But food was good. You get alot of tots. I would stop again if I was in the area.

We weren’t even hungry driving on the interstate back to Ohio and saw a sign for “Biscuit World” Had to pull off. DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT!!! Delicious hot biscuits! Chicken was good and the apple biscuits were delicious too! 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely go back next time we’re driving south!!

I’d give it a zero. I worked there on Eisenhower drive for almost 14 years and just quit no notice or anything. Bc management/supervision wouldn’t deal with employees that were nothing but trouble. We had equipment that half worked or shocked you everyday. If things would have been delt with properly instead of patting the guilty parties on the back, I’d still be there along with all my co workers that quit after I did. That along should tell you something. One guy got hired back three times even after the president said she didn’t like him. We were always told family could not work together in same store. Eisenhower you have mom daughter son in law and moms brother which likes to give 16 year olds hard way when he ain’t nothing but a Crack head. They don’t do back ground checks they will hire anyone. That place had/has roaches for over 3 years. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat or work there. This is my personal opinion. Almost 14 years made 13.10 when I left which I just got a raise bc I had to ask for it. Hadn’t had one in over two years. Some start and they start pay is 1150 I mean how’s that fair to your long timers, am I right. Well here’s my opinion do what you will with it. Eisenhower Dr. Will sink. Wait already is.

So I usually really like Tudors, the workers are nice. I’ve dine in at the Harper road once I had a really good experience. But the Tuders by Foodlion in Beckley I have a like/dislike relationship with. For instance I do the drive through and they are always hit and miss with my order. I went through the drive through two days ago, I order some things including a Low Carb Platter (scramble eggs, and just bacon). Drove home opened the platter and there lies scrambled eggs three pieces of bacon and a piece of sausage. I mean this happens every other time I go to that particular Tudors. I usually check my orders while I am at the window but this time I was in a rush to get my grandma something to eat that it slipped my mind. And don’t let me talk about their stingyness with their jelly. They make it seem like it’s coming out of their workers paycheck how you going to give two jellies for four breakfast sandwiches, like really. I understand you have a whole bunch of people in that they are waiting on but they could be more consistent with orders.
