They didn’t ring up an order I asked for. 20 mins in drive thru. 20 mins inside getting the order that wasn’t rang up. The food was good. The lady that had time there was apologetic and felt my pain worse than me. She had a new staff. NEW. They were slammed and she was trying her best, THEY were trying their best. All in all I would go back bc no one new is perfect or close to. They were all good people doing their best.

The food was very dry, the bread was hard, part of the order was wrong, and they were out of all sodas and teas. When told the order was wrong, the lady was rude and tried to say it wasn’t. Tables had not been cleaned after previous customers, and they didn’t even offer to clean them. Definitely don’t recommend.

I used to go here and eat breakfast just about everyday. Last two times I went through the drive through they messed up on my Order. So I decided I was gonna go in. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a Restaurant in my life. I sit in the lobby waiting thirty minutes for a biscuit. After 30 minutes, I get up and ask them. What’s going on? That I had to be at work. I watched 4 cars get waited on thru drive thru . Me still waiting on 1 Tottie. The lady that was cooking could not keep her hands out of her hair. I finally get my biscuit that was not even warm. I end up just telling them to keep the money and biscuit. It had a big chunk out of biscuit. Looked like she took a bit.

I am a long time customer here and place is normally amazing. Today however I don’t know what happened but the food was absolutely disgusting to the point where I could not even eat it. When I said something about it the staff showed complete interference. Rather than argue with the staff I just left and went to McDonald’s. This experience was a total shocker as normally the food here is totally amazing. Not just that but the service was poor. I hope this was a fluke because I love this place. After this experience I will be taking a break from this restaurant for a while. Hopefully this can be made right thru this channel. I would hope I could get my money back or something.

Normal love my biscuits from there.. but I asked for no cheese on my biscuit I get halfway down the road and my biscuit is full of nasty melted cheese… After pulling over and trying to wipe off as much cheese as I could to try to eat it … Very disappointed today… Thank God it’s not an allergy to it is so that could have been really bad

This place has great food and service. Beans and cornbread on the menu is the first clue of good food. Other menu items are delicious also. The hot dog special combo far surpasses the flat sided grilled hot dogs so popular at the ice cream place just down the road. And the fries are much bigger and better too! And here you get a biscuit with your gravy at breakfast! No stretching the gravy to cover your biscuit. All served promptly at reasonable prices by friendly competent staff. You will enjoy!
