I rounded up on this one. Probably a 3.7 based on the stars I rated for Food, Service and Atmosphere.
I was greeted promptly and seated immediately and the server did a great job. The restaurant is cavernous, and it carries sound and isn’t really an intimate breakfast nook or retreat. But I was impressed with the service, the attention from staff, and the quick turnaround of my order.
I ordered sausage patties, wheat toast, eggs over medium, and hash browns. Perhaps this my pet peeve alone, but it is criminal to serve undercooked hash browns. With the flat top and some grease, you can cook them as crispy as you want. The oil they used has an off-putting aftertaste. The food was good, but the sausage was hot while the other items were cool. Not great, but the food, other than the hash browns, was good. Kudos to Tucker’s for using jelly/jam without High Fructose Corn Syrup. Much appreciated.

I went there for breakfast and ordered a poached egg with hash browns and hollandaise sauce. It was good, just the taste could have been a little better. Very nice atmosphere, family friendly and good service. Sometimes there is a wait.

Our fave brunch spot in NH !
We’ve been here more than 30 times and we’ve enjoyed the food every time.
Best pancakes ! The mango shakes is also excellent.

We ordered gravy and biscuits. No eggs to order just gave us scrambled, asked for a second cup of coffee that I had to request from waitress that never inquired about our meals . Told me that we had the last 2 cups of the day not going to make another pot. Food was good other than the dry scrambled eggs that I didn’t order or want crappie service, probably never going back. Gave the server a 2 dollar tip and it was 3 dollars to much. Train staff and brew another pot of coffee cheap skates and lazy!!!!!!

I love Tuckers. They serve breakfast and lunch. Their menu changes slightly each season. The food is always delicious. So are their specialty drinks. This time, we ordered the Veggie Omelet and one of their Skillets with Hollandaise sauce. They let me sub the potatoes for hash browns and have the eggs cooked how I wanted them. Their food is fresh and eggs are cage free, sourced from local NH farms. I drank their salted caramel cold brew coffee. Be sure to try their grilled biscuits. It was delicious! They are more natural than other restaurants. They serve the “natural” Smuckers jelly with the real sugar. They even give a veterans’ discount. Highly recommend!

My first review of the place wasn’t good, but that was the weekend. Monday morning is way better. Great staff, low stressed. Nobody is at their best when they are slammed . Veggie omelet and bacon were really good. What a difference.

Tuckers offers high quality ingredients and transforms them into delicious food. I haven’t been here in quite some time because you’re nearly guaranteed an hour plus wait on the weekends. It’s worth it, though, for the food.
As far as service goes, it is good but can suffer when busy. Hostesses at the front need to step it up and pay attention to the customers waiting in front of them instead of personally chatting and paying attention to the wait list.
My most recent experience had me wait a little over an hour to be called in for a table for 2. There are 3 hostesses at the desk, and while standing directly across from them waiting, another customer has an issue with them giving away their table. At this point, the rush had subsided, and 2 more separate parties entered and were seated immediately. At this point, after being notified that my table was ready, I’ve waited 7 min for my table indoors after waiting over an hour outside and seeing 2 walk-ins seated before me. I have to inquire about my table only to find that it’s ready. Who knows how long I would have waited if I didn’t check in myself.
Even though the food was good, the experience left a sour taste and a loss of appetite for Tuckers in the future.

Let me begin by saying this. Yes some things were not cheap, but that’s just me cause there are cheap options here. I jusy like the expensive things in life and let me tell you this is a hidden gem of NH. An absolute kick-butt of a morning diner with great atmosphere people and service. I really believe that this place is the best breakfast place I have been to in a long time. Me and my girlfriend got food here one morning and I never been to Dover. She really chose a good place and I will continue to dine here considering everything was an absolute perfect dining experience. Thank you Tuckers!

Cute, casual little spot for lunch. I stopped in on a Tuesday and it was a lot busier than I anticipated, but it was a short wait for a table and the service was great! Hosts were lovely and the server was spot on (shoutout to Jillian!) I had the Sedona skillet with extra crispy hash browns and a dirty iced chai. It was a solid brunch! I’d recommend a friend to stop by 🙂

I’m so happy I found this place! Great atmosphere and one of my new favorite restaurants for breakfast! Just wish they were present in AZ!
The biscuits and gravy was so good and flavorful , I am providing the highest rating I can which is #2 on my list, right after my grandma’s recipe . Yes it was THAT good!
