This was my first visit to any Brazilian Grill. I really should have gone much much sooner. The way the place was set up for Valentines Day was very nice. Everyone was so wonderful the General Manager was so down to earth. The food was absolutely delicious the side are plentiful to choose from. The proteins they served WOW!! Had to flip my stick over to indicate no mas.

Of the many times I’ve been here, the service from the meat servers has always been great. Tafarah is very attentive but all of the staff
are all great. The meat servers in the red shirts ask for your preferred meat temperature and ask occasionally if you have any special requests which they would send first.

The manager, who is dressed in a white shirt is also courteous and makes sure the experience is great.

I have occasionally had issues with the outside of the meat being slightly cold but the inside fine, but this is more of a byproduct of the way it is cooked, and not necessarily any wrongdoing.

One thing I would like to see is some more seasoning across the meats selections, but the variety itself is good.

Yet again we went on a holiday and they did not do as advertised. This time a chocolate treat was advertised for valentine day. When I asked about it our server brought the dessert tray. I picked a dessert. Then I was charged full price for it. Also our server took 20 minutes after we were finished eating for us to track down to pay to leave. It was the same amount of busy as every time we have been there. We were also there for Father’s Day and did not get the cup that dads were suppose to get. Both times the meals are charged more for a holiday but we never get the full higher priced extras. There is nothing about this place that justifies $100 for 2.
Last night we decided was our last time. We’d rather go to a place with attentive staff, everything advertised is given and that we can take home leftovers.

Wow just wow. Expensive… But definitely a cool experience (worth going once.) really cool how they bring out unlimited meat to your plate and carve it up right in front of you!! keep in mind. It’s like $75 for two people to eat here…

Gage and Gabby were excellent. They made our dining experience fun. It was my mom’s first time visiting and they answered her questions and were very engaging. The Moqueca was delicious!

The entrance to the place was packed when we arrived. Thinking that we wouldn’t wait long having had made a reservation wasn’t the case. Although they were polite, I did get told “Just hang out, we’ll call you up when your table is ready.” Which I do understand but the issue was that there was no where TO wait aside of standing right in front of the counter due to the amount of people already waiting. That said, the dining area wasn’t overflowing with guests to the point where it seemed more people were waiting than were being served.

The service itself was also just okay. Took our server to make it out to us and although she was polite, I’ve had better service at a less expensive place. The servers with food, same. It would’ve been nice to have sampled their grilled shrimp but it was almost like they just walked the long way around our table. I also don’t recommend getting the last piece of steak as mine was a slab of fat. The ham was tough and dry. Pineapple took a while for us to sample because again, they would only serve certain tables (it took almost the end of the served tray for us to flag the server down as they kept going to the same tables).

Again, the staff was polite. But would I revisit or recommend it, especially considering the price to eat? I absolutely would not recommend it.

My family and I are Brazilian, currently living in Massachusetts, and we recently stopped at Tucanos in St. Charles, MO after driving nearly 24 hours to attend my daughter’s best friend’s Army graduation ceremony. On our way back home, after a quick Google search, we decided to have lunch there hoping for a comforting Brazilian-style meal.

Our server was absolutely wonderful…attentive, kind, and professional throughout our visit. She truly did a great job.

Unfortunately, the churrasco service itself was very disappointing. The meat service was extremely limited. When cuts were brought to our table, they were small pieces and often either undercooked or overcooked, lacking seasoning and the quality we expected from a Brazilian steakhouse. Surprisingly, the vegetable skewers were what came around most frequently.

It honestly pains me to say this, but our experience was not enjoyable. As Brazilians who grew up with this culinary tradition, the experience did not reflect the authentic churrasco standard we are familiar with. Perhaps for those less familiar with Brazilian barbecue culture, it may be satisfactory… but for us, it fell short of expectations.

We truly appreciate the kindness of our server, but overall, we left disappointed ☹️

Service was amazing, in particular an employee named Eli. He made jokes with us throughout the night and made us feel welcomed (I.e. jumping in our picture jokingly ). You can tell he enjoys connecting with people and we will definitely be back because of him!

I LOVED LINDSEY. I ordered the lemonade and it low key sucked but she was quick on it and fixed it. She cleared our plates quickly when we finished them and was very kind and welcoming. She memorized all of the dishes you could order and drinks, which is part of the job but y’know is still nice, and had no attitude the whole time. Food was mid. Lemonade was bad. Sweet tea was good. Don’t get the cheese bread. Get the flan and the creme brulee. Go here. I liked it.
