My mother, my 17-month-old baby, my husband and I visited The Cheesecake Factory in Aventura today. We were very pleased with the food and the service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. It wasn’t overly crowded, which helped us choose our preferred seating. We ordered the old-fashioned burger, the smash cheeseburger, and the chicken katsu bowl, along with lemonade. The meat was cooked exactly to our liking, and we loved it. Everyone was very happy with their meal, and we will definitely visit again.

We had a really nice experience here. We ordered two cocktails, salmon with rice, and a beef tenderloin with vegetables — everything was well prepared and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly despite the busy mall atmosphere. A solid choice for a relaxed meal with good food and drinks while shopping.

Stopped in for dinner at the bar while visiting Aventura Mall and enjoyed the happy hour menu. We ordered Sam Adams beer, the Buffalo Blasts, and the Beet & Avocado salad, served with a basket of whole wheat bread.
The bread was fresh and a favorite at our table. The Buffalo Blasts were a generous portion, perfectly crispy and satisfying. The Beet & Avocado salad was flavorful, though the portion size was on the smaller side.
Overall, a pleasant experience with good food and atmosphere. We look forward to returning.

I arrived at 8:52 pm and went to the bar, but got greeted at 9:18 . AT the bar. I work in a resident so I understood how it is when you get busy with service bar. But 3 different people behind the bar walked past & I never once got greeted. Another woman who came nearly 30 minutes after me got greeted immediately & got taken care of. I wasn’t asked whether everything was okay but she got checked on every 5/10 minutes. The only time I got checked on was when the bartender, Fabricio, came over to say last call was happening. Not if everything was okay, or if I liked the food. The food was great. It is the principle & the lack of care. I sat next to another Black man and in the 20+ minutes I sat there, he never once got checked up on. My first time being there, my server came to press me about not being tipped even after disregarding me the whole night & only keeping conversation with my lighter friend who he had assumed was Hispanic. Overall, treat people better. No matter how they look. It had nothing to do with being busy. They just didn’t care due to the difference in color.

Haven’t been back in years but nothing has changed! Still the same comfort food and yummy avocado egg rolls as before!! Definitely best to go in a small group or else you have to wait for like 30min. Woke up and was craving the egg roll sampler and CF never disappoints! The service was fast and the food was so yummy! Definitely will be coming back

The atmosphere was nice, though it was a bit chilly inside the restaurant, lol. Our server was so kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which we really appreciated. The fries were delicious, but the chicken tenders came out a little cold. Bae really enjoyed his spicy chicken sandwich and fries. I wasn’t a fan of the Caesar salad. It just wasn’t to my taste, but the wheat bread was hands down the best bread I’ve had in a while! The mozzarella sticks were good too 🙂

Bathrooms were gross. Water or pee on the floors in all stalls. The smell was moldy/ dirty. Every toilet was dirty and toilet paper everywhere. I wish I would have went to the bathroom before I ordered bc I would have just left. If you can’t keep clean bathrooms i can only imagine the kitchen isn’t much better. The food was mediocre at best. Apps were lukewarm. Meals underwhelming.
