If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Every time I stop through, I receive impeccable service with attention to detail. My orders are always made right. Food is fresh and cooked to perfection. The restaurant is very clean, and even the bathroom is sanitary! And, the owner, Frank, delivers his service with good conversation and a smile. 🙂

Not very happy wrong fries , no big deal.. sandwiches were barely any thing on them all bread and no tubbys sauce…our pops were all carbonation….love tubbys but it’s a treat and don’t think I’ll be back…too expensive for the quality of the food

Service was not great they were rude. I walked in about lunch time asked if I could get cheese bread I was just told “NO” why at lunch time do you not have all your bread. First and only time I will go there I will happily drive to Metamora. The service is a little more friendly. Overall my sandwich was alright spent $23 and both sandwiches were mostly bread and sauce

This is the best Tubbys I’ve ever been to I love it so much the bread is so fresh and delicious and soft and the ingredients are fresh I’d definitely recommend this location Mr, frank is the best Tubbys chef as well as his son Marco, they know how to take care of there customers and this store is super clean love it!

Order a chicken club with no tomatoes with a sm fry and was given a chicken club with everything on it. Had them remake it and was given another one with tomatoes on it. Asked for my for my money back and didn’t get all of it back. Order was 20 bucks and was given 15. Told me I ate the fries and wasn’t getting a refund for them. I didn’t even eat half of them. Poor customer service. Guy got upset when I told him he screwed up the 2nd time. Yes I was pissed and swore only after I seen you tossing things around in the kitchen area. Highly recommend to avoid this location

I ordered through door dash, we are sick, so the prices are already marked up. Barely any meat on the steak and cheese. They up charged $2.44 because we asked for shredded cheese instead of sliced and only asked for just lettuce, ham and shredded cheese, no tomato how that deserves and up charge, is ridiculous. Rip off. Very disappointing. Not the first time with this location. The man that works there is kinda rude too!
