Burgers are enjoyable. Unfortunately, our burger order was messed up – twice. The staff quickly corrected the order (twice) but it was a frustrating experience. This location needed more help. Ketchup containers were near empty. Adjoining tables had near empty ketchup bottles and uncleaned tables from the previous occupants. During our entire stay at the restaurant, no one wiped any tables or straightened any chairs. The trash bins were filled and trash simply pulled up on the trash containers. On the plus side, this location has plenty of parking and the burgers are really good.

I ordered on Uber Eats so I can’t blame the restaurant 100% but, the picture speaks for itself. Asked for no mayonnaise and no cheese, had both. Giving two stars because aside from the soggy buns, and the disassembled sandwich the chicken was actually really good. I just wish I could enjoy all the components together.

I ordered some fries and they gave me leftover bits and pieces that were an inch or shorter and soaked in oil and dried up bits. Very unhappy with my order.

I had eaten here previously a year or so ago, and I remember it being pretty good. This time, it was the worst burger I’ve ever tried to eat. I’m not sure how they accomplished it, but the beef burger had a distinct fishy taste. After one bite, I was done and threw the rest away. The fries were good, though.

First time at an Elevation Burger. Clean place and friendly staff. My date and I were in a hurry. We each got customized veggie burgers (they have two varieties). Moist and flavorful.

Unfortunately not a good burger place. As a food critic I made sure to order 4 burgers and 2 milkshakes. All of which dissapionted. All of the food was under seasoned and lacked a lot of flavour. The meat on all of the burgers were over cooked. My order was also wrong and when I showed the receipt they told me that I ordered wrong? All I wanted was the cheese that I paid for and instead I got an attitude. For 4 burgers and 2 milkshakes I paid $64 with no tip. I do not recomend this place to anyone at all. Overpriced for disappointing food. Save your money. My decision 2 out of 5 stars only because I have had worse burgers and the milkshakes were enjoyable.

The manager was super friendly and leading her staff very well. The soda machine was mostly empty (maybe had 3 working flavors out of 20). Burgers here are always good, but things like a working soda machine are important.
